    Very clear and useful information. Helps with defining min or max of records, or the most recent date in a group

    Hello Kirt, great video. One question... is there any way to add a total row per department and keep the individual records at the same time? I am trying to build something similar to an Excel Outline but in Access

    I don't use the Caption property to set the column names because it cause problems if you ever want to alias the column name elsewhere. The best way I believe is to just use an alias name in the column with a colon in the design mode. for example MyAlias:[Field Name]. But I like your video and presentation. Thanks

    What if you don't want to change group by to Avg ??? what if want to keep other columns as they are ? thanks
