I’m a man. I can confirm that we can just sit down, stare, and think about nothing. I thought women could do that too!?!?!?

And if a woman is thinking while “resting” then I don’t consider it to be actual rest because they’re actively thinking

The reason anxiety and depression are more diagnosed in women might be because misogyny exists and makes living in this world more stressful, dangerous, annoying, demanding and dehumanizing for women. Also our culture makes it so that it's more normalized for women to be emotionally vulnerable but men are expected to suck it all up so men are less likely to get help.
ADHD is one of the most overdiagnosed and underdiagnosed medical conditions. The way ADHD is diagnosed at times is more about how much of an inconvenience you are to other people and less of how life is hard for you and how your brain works. This causes that people with ADHD with more of the physical signs of ADHD get more diagnosed. In our culture it's more acceptable for boys to be chaotic, reckless and outspoken and girls are expected to be kind, quiet and never make mistakes. I think girls and women with ADHD are more likely to mask their ADHD traits which makes them less likely to get diagnosed.
I think why women get less diagnosed for autism is also because they mask more, because it's less acceptable for women to be weird or seemingly rude than it is for men.
Of course these are just generalisations, but I think these are things to consider when looking at statistics of people overall.

You have very insightful opinions for sure. I think it's important to take some of these studies with a grain of salt, as they may be prone to all sort of biases. But overall, I find them interesting to read. I hope you enjoyed watching the video🙂
