    Thankyou for sharing the SD pizza crust recipe. I don’t have any mixer, can I hand knead? Is it very wet to do so? How long to hand knead and rest in between?

    I have use the SD method and hand knead. Left it in the oven which was not turned on. Coz limited space on the kitchen counter. After 4 hours, it doubled in size! I have divided into 4 pieces. Now sitting in the fridge. If I don't use them by 48 hours. Can I keep them in the freezer for later use?
    I am from Singapore..

    My oven can only reach about 440 F, what would the recommended amount of water for the SD recipe? Thanks

    So how much dandruff do I use for the pizza dough just wondering cause it's on your shirt and I'm bald so need to know where to get it from
