It's all quite amazing other than the visuals I think although its a nice unique stylistic choice it should be a bit less toned down especially because it hurts to look at for too long

super fun and interesting game BUT I will say this ! The load times in this game are crazy long. Just to open the game to the main menu it takes me around 4 minutes of waiting. THEN you have to wait another long load screen every time you want to jump into a run. That was my only gripe with this game honestly. If you can get past waiting for load times then its a ton of fun and cheap.
The load times were quite noticeable for me as well. I think there’s some optimization issues that definitely need to be addressed but hopefully they are fixed before the game’s out of early access.
really appreciate the uniqueness of the art style but for me it is rather hard to look at for long, great video regardless

Yep, lol. It's strenuous on the eyes at first but you get used to it after a while.
Those graphics are a hard pass for me but combat looks solid
Dark and Darker is better, but still cool.
I regret not trying Dark and Darker before it was taken off of Steam!!! It looked incredibly fun.
