The views are the best part of living in the hills. I don’t live up there, but I hike Runyon and the views of the city are drop dead up there. Can’t imagine having that view from my house.

This home surrouded by public rd on 2 or 3 sides.which remind me of 1251 shadow hill way.
the only minus is that privacy wall in front of the infinity pool.
that privacy wall that block the views means developer chose wrong lot.
Other than that privacy concern it's very nice pad.

Just a suggestion for Jason, White balance in post maybe, the colour was all over the shop, from browns to oranges to blues but never consistent.

The house looks superb but I'm not too happy about the huge metal gas storage unit right next door. The most important element of any house is Location Location Location. Unfortunately this giant metal cylinder right next door takes a couple of million off the price in my opinion.

It is 2019, any home built with 4 or more bedrooms and 4+ baths should have 2 washers and dryers automatically. If its a home for a family or multiple guest accomodations there always should be a appropriate size laundry.
