Even at my scale it is very hard to do, so I cannot imagine how hard it must be for you to build something big like this. What's crazy to see is that how much you've grown over the years and now with Christian Guzman long gone from the GymShark Team doing Alphalete, I can see you have the edge as of now with that machine to rapidly streamline and speed up production for the brand. I can't wait to see the day you go against Nike.
As a concrete worker the few pictures you showed seemed rough. Surely the contracter has to take some of the cost? If all was communicated well beforehand. Looks to me the aggregate ended up at the bottom of their form before it hardened and they flipped it. By the looks of things it feels like they wanted to save a penny or two. Seems like too big aggregate were used, and it would be A LOT cooler if they went all out with barely no aggregate, and a polished concrete floor finish (Looks absolutely boss). It would be shiny and extremely classy, heck, even the rough edges would be gone if they didn't use that aggregate.
Looking great! Don't worry about the concrete, they might be able to keep what's in but apply a smooth, brushed resin finish to the surface? Just a thought. Good luck seeing it to the finish!

Plenty of products you can layer on top of concrete to make it look how you want it to. Sure you already figured it out though.
