I think that this is why GymShark is one of the fastest-growing companies in the world. Ben actually cares about the day to day of his employees, and by the looks of things is not putting profits ahead of employee satisfaction. Imagine if the company you worked for, created a facility specifically for you and your workmates to pursue a healthy life in the most convenient way possible. You would love your employer and would want to work for them even more. In return, people will work harder and there will be less attrition resulting in more profits. @@JG-ge3ui It's very good for a very new company. Companies like microsoft aren't far ahead in terms of profit margin but they bring in a lot more profit overall due to their operations being on a much larger scale and additionally their products/services appeal to a larger market segment.

After reading the comments about the owner of Gymshark’s personality being so down to earth and great, I started to wonder when I would see he was going to be interviewed. I didn’t know that the young man was the owner of Gymshark. Crazy day we live in.
I like what you have and what you have created. 2 things that I thought of that would really make a greater impact to the customers would be the introducion of chiropractors and massage therapist on site. That would aid in healing, recovery, relaxation whilst being on site. Giving a greater sense of care and consideration and also providing a greater overall service to the customer. This could I believe be included into the price of the gym plan. A great way to allow customers to reach for assistance with their bodies and injuries to be healed and relaxed in a physical stressful place. As a phsyical stress makes the body stronger!

Weren't a fan of Gym Shark tbh but yesterday I saw a recommended video of a young guy saying "How I started Gym Shark" and damn was I fuckin stunned !!!! I've to say that now I've become a fan of Ben Francis !! To create a multi million dollar super popular company by himself at such an young age one have to have something really really unique, like one in several millions !! You have my huge respect Ben !! I wish that one day Gym Shark becomes a multi billion dollar company !!
I don't think what they're about is more than just supplements and gyms. They're building a brand and a culture and a bunch of gyms isn't what they're after. Anyone can open a chain of gyms.
