Great video Dave. I think you are one of the first RUclips channels to do a Dyno run on a new CVOST and exhaust Dyno run upgrade great information Dave . Absolutely love that bike. Specially, in that color. Thanks for sharing.
@@JDsCycleWorkswhen you installed this what stage did you do? I’m putting 2-1 on my 24 cvo st and I Hurd you do stage 1 then I also Hurd stage 2 because it has the 511 cam in it?
I just wanted to say thank you for this video. I've watched every cam video you posted over the past weeks and I feel that this video is valuable because it shows how everyone's impressed with the power of the new 121. Now you can see what a stage 2 will do on your 114. Without having to upgrade your bike to a new one, you can get the same power. Obviously, people would argue what you can do with a stage 2 on this bike, but the point is you could do a stage 2 on a 114. Save yourself the 20 Some thousnd dollars in difference of upgrading to a new CVO and still have similar power. I think that's invaluable as I just bought a 23 with the 107. This will be the way I go, a stage 2 cycle Rama cam. I hope that makes sense to thise reading this. Thanks again for the knowledge and perspective this video sheds on power vs displacement.
Wow. Great video Dave. Just picked up a 24 Roadglide, running some Khromewerks mufflers and love the tone. Probably do the header and air this winter after i get some miles on this wicked scooter.
Love to see a run with stick headpipe, Khrome Werks slip-on as that is what the majority of people go. Also the db reducer insert has proven to be a killer torque builder over any other insert.
Great video, Dave!! Can u please do more videos on the cvo st with tuner different exhausts possibly a d&d 2-1 and the kromewerks 2-1 and cam tuner ect.. once it's available?? Also for now do different exhausts in a 2-1 with the screaming eagle tuner?? Please zoom in to the numbers also so we can clearly see the results. Some of your vids have been a bit blurry. Keep up the good work Dave!!!
Very nice numbers for basically only a stage 1 upgrade. I can’t imagine the numbers these things will put out once you start putting a cam and aftermarket tune on them.
That 2-2 KW pipe does AMAZING well. I have that with the tab medium louvre baffles .. ZERO torque dip .. It’s a fkn table top of torque from 2k-5k where it starts to fall off. I wish I could post a pic on here it’s really something. I keep thinking how I wanna change for a 2-1 but then think why …. Current system PERFORMS. Why change it just cause ?
Hi Dave great video, I have a cvo/st as well and I have a thunderheader to put on it. My questions is do I have to get the screamin eagle tuner to download for it to be safe and also, is there a file on the tuner before i purchase it for a 2 into 1 header. Please advise if you can Thank you Mike
What map did you use for the stock pull? I'm surprised it only made 120 well passed 3k (120ft lbs in my book is the magic number for touring). It feels like torque comes earlier when you ride it.
I have done a few of these bikes and tried to do some tuning with the street tuner. The street tuner does not offer much adjustasbility with the mapping so we don't have much flexability with the upgrades on the bikes.
Shouldn't this video show stock exhaust but still tuned with a tuner, vs the KW exhaust with a tune. Think it was unfair to show stock pipe and stock tune vs the KW with a tune. Both pipes should of been tuned so we can see the max potential with each pipe, that stock titanium exhaust probably could get same power as the KW if it was tuned
It was cheaper to have Laconia HD swap in a 135” SE Crate engine and get 138hp/160 TQ on my 2022 RGL that’s compliant than to spend the money on that new bike ! 😂
If power is all you wanted in comparison to CVO that’s good , but if you add the inverted forks and rear suspension you need to add 7-8k , and you still don’t have liquid cool heads , and trade in value won’t match a CVO’s . But to each their own , Enjoy !
@@Silvermototsurferdammit u got it first lol Was gonna say imagine if your job was fitting the stock mufflers on the bikes knowing there’ll be in the wheelie bin before they even leave the dealership most the time lol
Harley hit a home run on that design
I'm happy to see you producing your own videos.

What’s the part number for the header? I want to put one on my 2024 Road Glide
I can’t wait to see how this motor responds to a cam and aftermarket tune !
It’s gonna be good
On par with most aftermarket 128s I’d suspect

You are offcourse 100% right. My 114 stage 2 makes 120 whp
Great job Dave

Another great Video Dave!!!!
Thanks for watching Dave!
By comparison Master Tech Miller did a pull removing the air cleaner only and gained 11hp . Thanks for your hard work, always interesting

Very cool Dave

When that day comes, we will see big increases in power. For right now, this is what we have to work with and I’m happy to show you my findings on it
Beautiful!!
THANKS 🎉DAVE

Looking at the graph from 2k - 3.5k, you will feel that torque difference.
absolutely!
Can’t believe you didn’t go 2 into 1
Hey Dave?, what’s the best 2 into 1 header to use on my 2024 roadglide and I want to use a Khrome Werks slip on
I see the big screen just fine. The problem I have is I can’t tell what the car is. It’s behind me too much vibration in the mirrors.

@DS - what KW Head pipe is that?
What was the stock AFR at your pulls? Thanks for sharing.
Good Video Dave, What mode did you run the CVO ? Sport?
Curiosity
That’s what was going to ask. Do the ride modes affect the numbers or just how long it take to get the same numbers.
Are you gonna test a 2-1 system on it?
Was that in normal mode or track mode?
What seat is that and did you have to relocate the shock reservoirs
Is this in track mode?
Can you tell me where you got that seat? I cant seem to find one
Did that seat fit on without modifications?
Have you done any of these since screamin eagle updated their street tuner? I heard there’s a lot tuning capabilities
I have done a few of these bikes and tried to do some tuning with the street tuner. The street tuner does not offer much adjustasbility with the mapping so we don't have much flexability with the upgrades on the bikes.
@@JDsCycleWorksI see. Thank you
On cruising those AFR all over the place
I bet that's Cycle Fanatics bike isn't it ;)
I think he's working with Get Lowered now. But it might be, I definitely think cycle fanatix is gonna get a cvo st
I’m sorry, but it is not John’s bike
Hey dave. Is that a decatted system. ??? Thanks
Yes.. it’s the full Khrome Werks system. No cat..
At $62k rrp it should come with that exhaust and tuner.
42-43k in Illinois
Just left the Harley Davidson dealership and they wanted 8,500 mark up 😂 just under 60k for the bike
Find a different dealer.
Which dealer. Call them out.
Glendale Harley Davidson
Location-based Glendale California
Bought one today for sticker no up charges or nonsense
Bought mine for retail no mark ups
What cam comes in these motors ?
Screaming Eagle 511 cam I believe

Change the air cleaner. You will see the hp and tq go up.
Thats the system I'd choose if I had an M8 harley road king.

The most useless thing in the World: A stock HD exhaust system!
Right! Literally the most useless job at the motor co.
