Just did a 132 kit on my road glide woods m8 4860 cam big TRQ. 154.73 hp 155.32 TRQ. Passed 140 trq at 2200 all the way to 5700 over 150 TRQ. From 2700- 5300 that's some stump puller power there thanks for everything you do Dave . Brian from Michigan
Outstanding video . I'm not a 100% sure if it's normal behavior to be drooling when I look at dyno sheets. I'll need to consult my physician on this new condition I have . GREAT VID !
Dave thanks for bringing us to big boy builds love seeing these videos. Great numbers on every single build. Very impressive. Keep on bringing them to us. I’m anxious to see the 135s and 143 builds when you get them
Nice comparisons between three big-inch builds; stock heads vs HD-SE 131 Stage IV heads, compression ratios, injector sizing, etc. My '23 Road Glide ST: Building a 132 (S&S 4.320" bore x stock 114/117 4.500" stroke) here; S&S 550 Cam (similar to S&S 475 but more lift); HD-SE 64mm Intake/TB; 5.5 Injectors. Aside from adding S&S Springs (for 550 cam), planning on having some "mild" work professionally done to the Heads. Building to match my mostly conservative riding style, which includes 2-up 20% of the time. Goal is have a nice linear, smooth torque & HP curves, with around a minimum 140 hp/145 torque at the wheels. Dynojet PV3B tuner. S&S 2-1 Exhaust ("race" version), long primary, long muffler, & running dB reducer. HD-SE Extreme Ventilator AC. Trask M8 checkvent. Ultracool 2-fan engine oil cooler (in addition to the OE engine oil cooler w/fan). Darkhorse Compensator. More to come.
Hello Dave I have a question, have you done a dyno run on a 103 with the max-cell T905A cam and if so what were the numbers, also I have a 103 with a ThunderMax tune and it stops at around 105 or 110 mph is there a way to get that speed higher, it’s on a 2012 ultra limited, thanks for any information and advice
With that much power, do you have to change the compensator, the clutch and will the final drive have to be converted to chain and is the Harley stock cranks strong enough to handle that power
Excellent!!!
Thank you! Glad you enjoyed the video!
