@jesseonamotorcycle you and me both, brother. You and me both. For now, I ride a '22 Low Rider S. But it's becoming a customized low rider st, and im not mad at it. It's making me want to keep it longer. There is no need for a huge bagger for my first Harley. I'm coming off of street bikes, so I needed something I could throw around
@@jesseonamotorcyclewere they cool with you test riding it with no intention to purchase it? I’m watching this now, after seeing one while picking up parts at my local dealership. Absolute stunning bike and I’d love to take it for a spin, buuuut id feel guilty doing that without the ability to purchase it. The salesman did try to get me to ride it and told me to call him to schedule a test ride. So I miiiight do it.
Lovely bike! I do like the idea of a bike that you don't need to change at all, but at the same time customizing your bike is part of the fun. I reckon the market for these CVOs is basically "bike collectors", guys who already got a full stable and cash to burn lol. I just got my one bike, and been having a blast figuring out how I want to customize it
I purchased a 2024 CVO Road Glide ST in Raven Black in August 2024. It is the BEST H-D bagger I’ve ever owned. It’s way better than my previous 1999 Sportster, 1999 Electra Glide Peace Officers addition, my 2004 CVO Electra Glide, & 2005 CVO Electra Glides. I sold my 2005 CVO to purchase my now wife a custom made engagement ring and blows away my 2023 Road Glide Limited w/Long Haul package.
Got mine, also Raven, 3 weeks ago. Almost ready for 1k maintenance already. I'm really impressed so far with the bike. BUT, the seat sux. Ride safe. Cheers!!
The dude rolls up on a 2003 Harley and was probably thinking to himself, "brand new Harley is already broke down, and that's why I ride old an old Harley." My local HD Dealer is selling this ride at $55,000. As cool as this CVO is there is no way I would ever spend that much money on a brand new bike. Glad to see you enjoyed it! I'd have to ride one to see if I would prefer it over the Indian Challenger.
Yeah the Fort Myers HD dealer offered it up at $54,995… I told them the bike MSRP is $42,999 and that is where we would start the negotiations… if not, then no worries. Will wait till HDMC dumps them on the dealers at the end of 2024 or early 2025 like they did with the Fast Johnnies and 2023 CVO’s. LOL, the dealer I went to had somewhere near 10 2023 CVO’s in Silver and 4 Fast Johnnies in the SG. So, that sucks cause I bought a Fast Johnnie RG ST for $35,000 OTD… guessing I could have gotten a better deal now. Uff. I have the Challenger and RG, the Challenger is a bigger bike over all, more power than my RG. But the RG is like a sport bike in comparison because it is smaller, but need the bar set up from the CVO/ST for the Fast Johnnie… for sure.
@@Bikerbug2020 Yea these prices were quoted to me at Harley World in OKC. Idk about the road glide feeling more like a sport bike than the Challenger. To me I feel like the Challenger will rip up the twisties better, but I am also coming from a purpose-built Dyna and have owned a few sport bikes.
I go to napoleon harley in ohio. Buying mine for msrp. The dealer in Detroit, and toledo ohio, both tried to mark them up that much. Then napoleon said they had one coming. Should be here Monday. Just have to look there are still some msrp dealers.
Very good by Harley.... minus the exhaust lol... they really needed to put a 2 in 1 on there.... also the only thing I would change is the longer shocks.... overall Harley pretty much nailed this one. Inverted forks should be standard on all bikes

I've heard this sentiment - Honestly as someone who rides through every winter, I actually never really paid much mind to heated gears as I've always just thrown on heated gloves when push came to shove - I may be wrong, but I do believe the other CVOs come stock with heated grips
This bike is the lower priced CVO for 2024 and they had performance in mind as highest priority. If you want the locking bags and heated grips, the $44,500 base CVO is the bike for you. This CVO Road Glide ST is not a bike built solely for luxury.

Love the bike but have 2 negatives - the price (very expensive) and no Android Auto. I know HDs are expensive but this is pushing $50k which is as much as many cars. I know its a different bike than the Lowrider ST but you could buy 2 of those for the price of this and yes you get more performance on this bike but its not that dramatic. That's a really good point - Honestly, riding wise I definitely put this bike through it's paces while I had it - The infotainment is something I just did not mess around with as much as it's something I just generally don't care for on my bikes - As for the cost, it is an MSRP that is definitely way out of my price range, it's fun to dream though 🏁⚡️
Google ended Android auto support for motorcycles. So not really Harley’s fault there. I’m not sure if anyone has figured out a way to hack it to work yet, but I imagine someone will at some point.

Gotta be honest, I never thought the day would come when everyone is telling me that a regular bike is 45k and it's not over priced. Has the world gone mad? How is it acceptable to have a bike like this for 45k and everyone be cool with it? I love Harley, I love the way they ride and the way they look but holy F. So I will pay my 45k to enjoy this bike knowing I have vastly overpaid for this bike, the tech and the way it rides but I like fast Harleys so it is what it is. THIS BIKE IS NOT WORTH 45K!!!!!!!!!!!!! but you gotta pay to play and Harley are taking the piss. Just goes to show the Harley name isn't worth chit outside the cruiser crowd, horrible sales of their ADV bike with a price tag to match the KTM and BMW offerings. Sales are horrible, you never see one and you never hear good things about it. The ADV crowd are less gullible than Harley's established cruiser crowd so their ADV bikes aren't selling based on the name, and the bike itself just isn't that good. If you are not cool with it then stay away, it isn't worth the money and I would recommend getting a stock bike and doing exactly what you would like with it. You don't get offered Harley days out at the track unless your gonna say good things about this 45k bike.
