    What about pumping up the throttlebody manifold. Yes there’s probably zero tune for that but… Someday. that CVO is a VVT? That’ll make a difference in future 117s

    Just wondering if you hooked up the wideband Harley Davison autotune do you think the numbers would be any better? Knowing JD he’d probably figure out how to squeeze the Max out of it. I think you should give it a shot, lot of people would be curious. Most Dyno fanatics would realize it’s still an EPA configuration, but it’s got to be better than what you have currently presented us. Thanks for sharing the video !

      I think you’re right autotune may be a joke, but I think in this case it probably run better with the autotune then without it be interesting to see how the wide band would work and clear up some of that messy graph. Moonshine did one with the 511 Cam in 2024 RG produced some good numbers on a Dyno you would think the two into one D&D would perform better numbers 😮

    Great product review and nice install! You might wanna recheck the sag adjustment, according to your weight (rough guess), the preload is on the little side. Rear wheel needs to be off the ground (maybe not shown in the vid) for the base measurement and then with you on the bike (not your wife), it needs to sag 20mm. No bouncing around, as this will already activate the auto leveling and falsify the measurement. Enjoy the Wilbers, you will love it.

    • @stefansgarage3014
      @stefansgarage3014 3 дня назад

      @@Mike_Oliver55 Sorry, I thought I answered that already, but it didn't make it. The Wilbers sags a bit more than Harley stock. It uses that sag to "fill" a hole in the surface by extending the front end into it. With the almost no sag stock suspension, the whole front end dives into the dip and needs to be captured and dampened. Does that make sense, it's hard to explain in English, without using my hands...

I had to set it at barely a 1/2 turn (if I do like 3/4 turn I’ll get stuck in gear at anything over like 4500 rpm) and minimum acceptable free play at WOT (gotta leave it tad looser at idle bc as that shit spins up the little fingers go in and snug up the lever .. of set “properly” at idle .. that clutch cable is TIGHT at 5k rpm
