6700XT is the best midrange video card. It's honestly perfect for an $900-$1100 budget, you could probably go as low as $750-$800 buying used components!
In my area, a 6700 xt build with all new parts is around that 750 to 800 dollar build, and a 6800 xt build would be around 950 dollars. Just goes to show how cheap PC parts have come, especially of the previous generation.

He ended up buying a 3060 Ti Strix($529), I got a FTW3($449). A week later he called me and told me the only way he could power on his PC was by ejecting the CMOS bat, until it BSOD after an hr and he would repeat. I asked where he learned how to build(he said he sold PCs) and he told me "Jayztwocents! Its a guy on RUclips." long story short, get a broad opinion, imo lol. GPU important, spend the extra 50 if you see a 6800XT.

AC valhalla i keep fps capped at 80 since its bit more demanding but looks absolutely gorgeous at 1440p so if you get the card i highly recommend a 1440p monitor it looks so much sharper than 1080p 👍😎
I just lost my job and was about to buy the 7600xt for the same price and faster, now im depressed. I got the rtx 2070 and had intel, but im switching everything to Amd, now. Way better fps already with amd, Cpu

If your 6600k system uses ddr4 then a really good cheap upgrade might be a cheap lga1200 board and a i3 10100 it's on par with an i7 7700 but you can upgrade it in the future to a better 10th or 11th gen cpu and with 11th gen you get pcie 4 so the 6700xt will perform even better

I saw a deal for a PNY RTX 3060 Ti for 275 brand-new at Best Buy recently. It's now up to 319 because it went out of stock but it's a great deal and definitely something to look out for if you want high performance in productivity as well as some gaming at 1440p in more optimized titles at a low price.
6700 series and 6600 occupy the majority of my PCs. All bought used. First used 6700xt was bought mid crypto high pricing(Feb 2022) for $450 when they were $950 new. A year later another 6700xt for $250. And less then a year later a 6750xt XFX for $200. Each time being able to sell off older GPUs at great prices.
Been saying this since June last year! I picked up a 6700xt for $450 in July last year (an extremely good deal at the time, 3070’s we’re going for $550) and I plays every game perfectly at 1440p😁
It's a great card. You roll the risk of driver issues and freeze frames though. Speaking from experience and varies others. If they can figure out why their always having driver issues, they could dominate the GPU area.
As someone who built their pc with the Intel arc a750 just to support a 3rd party on the scene and will likely buy Battlemage and never open it (again to support a 3rd player) the wrong answer for me was the rx7600. The right answer for me was the sapphire pulse rx7900xt
I have the RX 6750 XT, the XFX QICK 319 version, cost me £329 same as the 6700 XT is going for. I did a bunch of looking around and it's right, you can't beat it for value!
I personally wanna get my hands on 6750xt since it is for the same price as 6700xt here (or similar price), but if I wont be able to get it, I will go for either 6800 or 6700xt
Out of all my comments I leave you buddy. That rx 5600xt I have used and tested did very well in 1440p 75hz. In most games. For a 6gb card it was a beast besides the issues with amds software that's iv had.
I believe that people go with amd are usually kind of people who make their research to find what is the best performance per dollar value GPU is. So they're more interested to look into tech stuff more than an average nvidia user so they are more active around these areas, nvidia userbase is usually buying stuff by only looking at the generation (40 series) then the last two numbers (70) and thats enough for them to buy it anyway, and I was one of those people back in 2017 when I bought my 1070, I didn't know anything but the numbers back then.
Rx 6700xt and ryzen 5 5600x are the best in my opinion for running games at a minimum of 1-120 fps on high settings. On medium or low, you get 200 to 250 on some games. It’s an amazing card and it’s super cheap.
Currently, it's not very hard to find deals on the RTX 3060 Ti going for $275-$300 (around $10-$35 cheaper than the RX 6700 XT), although I'm sure when this video was made, that was a different story. Still, the RX 6700 XT does offer better performance, more VRAM, and is more consistently at the $310 price range, while you typically have to find the 3060 Ti on the aforementioned deal. The RX 6700 XT does make the best argument right now.
I got one paired with ryzen 5 5600x honestly such an amazing card at affordable price. Running with odyssey g5 1440p 144hz monitor most e-sport titles like cs:go, valorant run +300fps, overwatch propably 200fps +, AC odyssey at 1440p i keep fps capped at 90 high settings, stable and smooth. Ac valhalla 80fps at very high 1440p stable and looks gorgeous. I literally haven't had any issues with my card and can highly recommend it to anyone debating between 6700XT or 3060TI go for the 6700xt the extra vram alone is a good reason but its also few % faster. 👍

I got one from a friend for around $200 which less than half the price they go for on the used market where I live. It runs better than I expected with a 5900x.
Im waiting for the prices of gpus to drop a bit more before i upgrade and thank you so much for these videos cause it helped me to decied a price effective way to upgrade my gpu but still have good performance
Yo Zach I see that bicep vein you been hittin the gym
Shopping around 6 months ago and came up with the same answer. The resizeable bar makes it great even with my 10th gen intel cpu.
I literally just bought this card used for 175 and it’s the best purchase I’ve made
Bought one last week and installed 2 days ago. Almost ready for starfield
I Just bought the Tuf Gaming RX6700XT OC Edition 16GB, I´m pretty much glad I dediced to pick that one, Trying to have a Full Tuf gaming rig... but buying the parts one by one with what I currently have, that´t what I love of Biulding your own PC
6700XT is 12GB :yt:
best value card is the 7900 GRE
i have a 3060ti with a ryzen 7 5700g and i absolutely love my pc. runs every game ive tried to play even benchmark games and AAA titles at high/ultra high and i built my pc for a little over $1000. If you dont have thousands of dollars to spend, def go for either the AMD one he said or the 3060ti if you prefer nvidia like I do
Why'd you pick 5700g tho? Wasn't 5700x a better option considering you're getting a decent gpu anyways and it's got a larger l3 cache?
yeah probably brother. im still learning tbh and i had some help with my build and idk i guess that just didnt come up in building lol but at least if my gpu ever shits on me ill still have integerated graphics until i can get a new one @@biskitpagla
The 8800xt is going to be THE best price to performance card ever when it drops
Im so glad I own this
Im almost certainly buying that card somewhat soon.
I have a 6650xt and i absolutely love it
I had actually just got one on sale for about 230 it was an absolute steal
Gonna be getting One today this help me finalize which Gpu to get thank you
Great on power draw. Lots of VRAM. Decent core performance. And doesn't just do 1080p gaming. All round top notch card tbf.
Proud owner of this
So right .
I got a 6800xt for 200 a few days ago, so happy
This makes me feel little bit better about myself for buying it for $1200 two years ago.
I have a 6750XT and 5950X and my system is awesome, won’t be upgrading till RDNA 5 and Zen 6.
Been saying this since June last year! I picked up a 6700xt for $450 in July last year (an extremely good deal at the time, 3070’s we’re going for $550) and I plays every game perfectly at 1440p😁
bo you can get a used 6700xt for 200 easily
I just bought a RX 6800 XT for my first pc build, my ram, and ssd arrive today! My pc will be fully built by tonight, wish me luck
love my 6700xt but can't wait for next gen or the first gen5 card.
It's a great card. You roll the risk of driver issues and freeze frames though. Speaking from experience and varies others. If they can figure out why their always having driver issues, they could dominate the GPU area.
aint noway i just got that gpu for my custom pc
Glad i picked 1 up
as a 6700 xt owner, i can just agree with that
As someone who built their pc with the Intel arc a750 just to support a 3rd party on the scene and will likely buy Battlemage and never open it (again to support a 3rd player) the wrong answer for me was the rx7600. The right answer for me was the sapphire pulse rx7900xt
I just upgraded from a rtx 3060 to a rx 6800,the difference is night and day,I love it
I'm about to upgrade from rx580 to rx6700 xt and I'm excited for it. Rx 580 served me really well. I love this gpu
I have the RX 6750 XT, the XFX QICK 319 version, cost me £329 same as the 6700 XT is going for.
I did a bunch of looking around and it's right, you can't beat it for value!
Thank goodness o have one of those, but I did buy it when prices were high 😬
So happy I got my Sapphire 6700xt
im looking around to go from laptops to desktops this is helpful, also i was looking at amd's graphics cards like damn they got better vram
I personally wanna get my hands on 6750xt since it is for the same price as 6700xt here (or similar price), but if I wont be able to get it, I will go for either 6800 or 6700xt
Amd is literally underrated they just need more support, i bet they''ll start to challenge nvidia in terms of features in upcoming future as well
Out of all my comments I leave you buddy. That rx 5600xt I have used and tested did very well in 1440p 75hz. In most games. For a 6gb card it was a beast besides the issues with amds software that's iv had.
I'm about to try that new new one coming out
This GPU is amazing even though i didn't have a good perception of AMD GPUs. buying this GPU proved that AMD GPUs are worth buying
I always get the 3 fan version
Perfect solution
