    Oh I am making this for Thanksgiving to put on a blackened steak! JP is the best cooking teacher on RUclips. I love his instructions and details about why he is doing what he does. I also love the history of a lot of his recipes. Keep it up and make more videos.

    He said “that’s probably 3-4 tbsp of butter” but added two sticks… sir that’s 16 tbsp!!! 😂 That looks so good! The more butter the better!

    Man that looks awesome! I am making this and I will definitely add another tbl spoon of flour and a cup of stock because I love the gravy and rice as much as I love the crawfish. I enjoy your channel and the way you produce your videos, straight to the point.

    Looks good. How would this be with shrimp or maybe shredded chicken? We don’t have lots of options for crayfish in NC

    Lived in Amelia, Morgan City and Patterson. That’s how I make crawfish étouffée! No tomato sauce!!!

    They must be some other religion down there in St. Mary Parish. To take the trinity out is sacreligious.
