    Ouch, back on the market I see. Might need to have a more logical discussion with the owner. The PCE report comes out on the 28th and if we do not see any movement on the index that means the Fed is going to continue to defer any rate changes. I suspect the markets will react more negative then positive. With the pending busy hurricane season approaching this buyer might consider taking the plunge and dropping the price to the $450k range. If the hurricane season is bad it will exacerbate the home insurance market in Florida. Also keep an eye on other parts of the country such as Western fires and the Midwest flooding. Mother Nature is putting us the test, so people that need to sell should get serious before the other factors force their hand. They can still walk away with a cool $100k after commissions.

    Nice home, but any justification for the $200k price increase from 2019 to today as there was no mentioned any tangible improvements?

      Market prices have increased significantly all over the state and nation since 2019. The value of the dollar has also decreased, and look at our grocery bills now - have you seen the price of bread or cereal lately? I think cereal is around $7.50 now. By the way, this home is now under contract. :-)

      For those bashing the price probably never been to the villages. You are paying for the lifestyle and the lifestyle is worth every penny

    2 closets in master is a MUST AND TILE - no carpet please

      I am with you!! I prefer that as well. There are many widowers and widows in the Villages so one closet works well for those that are single, and you wouldn't believe how many people still prefer carpet. I can help you find a home with two master closets and no carpet if you prefer! ;-)

    Why on earth would you shoot a luxury home hand held and not on a gimbal? It just screams poor quality and a lack of professionalism, for a "luxury" home. Get a gimbal and up your game, video is almost unwatchable.
