Beautiful home. I like it. Doesn’t bother me 3rd bedroom doesn’t have a closet. These days everyone has office/ den. I’m surprised it still has a bond balance since it’s a 2003 home. Is legacy lane a busy road? They are on that corner.
Bond balance is only $3300. Legacy is not too busy and traffic is always very light after dark.
Hi Robyn. What is the typical ceiling height in the villages for interior rooms and also for garages. Is it 10' or less?

We are allowed to call it a third bedroom as long as we indicate what type of Closet or no closet present in the room

Sorry Robin, calling this a 3 bedroom is definitely misleading. To call a room a, “bedroom” it must have a closet. I used to be a Realtor years ago and if this rule has changed, I think you are misleading the potential buyer.
You are wrong we are not misleading anyone. The Villages sells these homes as a 3 bedroom, no closet. Several brokers challenged our MLS regarding the subject since it would devalue homes purchased from the developer as a 3 bed if we must sell as a 2 with a den. The MLS allows us the list as a 3 bed and what type of closet, if any, exist. As you can see from the video I do point out that no closet exists.
Looks like a great home, stinks that’s its vinyl sided….
You cannot find too many homes in good condition, in that price range that are block and stucco

I was outside and it was 95 degrees
Old retirees , in bad physical shape sure do not need to move to an area where temps and humidity will be off the charts going forward. 95 in May. 110 in July. Over priced.
