Well, if you buy and think you can shut off your A/C while you are gone for 6 months in Florida! Well, with the heat and humidity in Florida, you will have mold growing up your walls if you shut of your HVAC when you are gone! Florida is tough on humidity/termites/and pests! Make sure you know what you want, and what you are buying! And what your annual maintenance fee will be to take care of all the above!
I'll bet it's well under $219K based on similar models in that neighborhood. It's the only Nest model listed. The Opal has a screened-in porch, while all the other 2b/2b models have nicer layouts with a kitchen island, larger bedrooms, more square footage, etc. I wouldn't be surprised if it was pretty close to $210k. Am I warm?

Skip, these look smaller, but more expensive with a 1 car garage and a golf cart garage! The back yards are smaller! Price is higher I think!
Is that a leak detector on the HVAC Unit Skip?
No...It's for water backup..If mold builds up in the drain tube , water will build in the drain tube and the A/C will stop working correctly
