One question: why they took my expired GC away when they stamped my passport?
That is normal. The stamp is now your GC, so you don't need the expire one.

A very helpful content❤. Just to confirm Atty. Lilian I can go travel other country outside U.S while waiting for my actual green card and just base on my stamps on my passport my immigrant visa was set to expired on 16th of july2023, and I arrived in US and stamped admitted on june 16,2023. Can i travel outside the country and re-entry again even though my my immigrant visa is already expired? 6:07
The immigrant visa is no longer relevant once you enter the US with it. the I-551 and the entry stamp controls. It takes the place of the Green Card for 1 year from the date of entry.
How does my husband renew his Green card after that year's I-155 expires? What forms are used to renew his Green?

I got I551 stamp in 2022 and it’s expired now and my foreign passport is expired too they send my green card with typography error I have to send them back how can I get I551 stamp?
You will need to contact USCIS customer service to get an ADIT appointment to get the stamp.
Hello mam …. I entered US on feb 9th with immigrant visa and the CBP officer had put a stamp on passport …. I came back to India on march 6th …. I still hadn’t received my physical GC ….!!
I’m planning to return to US on next year January …. Because i have my final year class going on ….. my I551 stamp is going to be expired on next year February …!!
Can i enter US on January next year with my I551 stamp on passport if i didn’t received my GC within that time frame ..??
This is cutting it very close. Typically we suggest obtaining a reentry permit before leaving the US. Being out of the US that long is not recommended, you should bring proof that you were finishing your final year in case the CBP officer questions your stay outside the US.
Hello my wife has a cr1 visa and it was endorsed - the stamp is still valid within a year but the visa is expired can she still travel ?
Once she entered the US and has the endorsement, the visa no longer matters. The expiration of the 1 year is what matters.

Is it right that i can apply for their American passports exactly 90 days after their arrival. Tnx
There is no timeframe, as long as they meet the requirement for a US passport, you can apply for the passport for them.
