So anyone under 65 would carry the tax burden? For decades, social security is paying out more than it's receiving. Starting with Millennials, there's a beneficiary cut of 20-30%. As an example, John, who is 28 year old now, is paying a higher property tax (because seniors are exempted), and expected to receive less from SS than his father did. To make ends meet, John has little choice but to be on welfare programs (paid by other tax payers), or search for higher wages (which causes inflation rate higher) that he can stay afloat until he dies.

I am a truck driver and the drivers need more spots all over the state to sleep, we have more truck traffic in the state since we have more freight coming into the state !
I know for fact that Polk county don't want all that population growth. They don't want all those subdivisions around their pasture. DeSantis needs to drive by I4&27 everyday.
He does everything for children and families. I understand that because he is young and has a family. But there are a lot of elderly natives that are completely ignored.

If you really wanna truly ease congestion, besides that slow, the growth don’t give out so many building permits, allow buffer zones don’t jam everyone together that is easily controlled by government, but they don’t do it. That’s the elephant in the room.
Oh, we’re growing so fast don’t allow that if you only give out 10 building permits instead of 50 you only have 10 buildings. You don’t need the road and build one area covers all.
I understand people move to an area to be isolated and secluded, and then they want all the stores up their ass

The key to ease congestion in any metro area is law enforcement. Its not rocket science. Those videos showing Tesla videos where the attacker was allowed to drive away and the victim was told not to get their hopes up is the number one reason for congestion. Spending more money on things that you aren't going to police anyway is a waste of money and time.

I've lived and been all over the country, even lived in Alaska, not Hawaii though. I'll stay on the West Coast thanks, where there's no humidity or hurricanes. He might say "no tax on this or that", but I bet they jack up the tax for it. I would also like to see the data that backs up what he's saying. Where do I find that?

Ron Desantis bad for Florida. He hasn't fixed the connect unemployment system since 2020, he hasn't helped with hone owners insurance laws and mandates, he hasn't done sht for the elderly residents, he is to busy worry about making a name for himself, he didn't want his flight plans known, because he was out of the state of Florida more than he was in it, trying to run for president.
