I’m down 30 pounds, off a few medications that I never thought possible ❤️I eat similar…I did have salmon, veggies and a slice of decadent chocolate cake…but my usual is 2 meals per day intermittent fasting naturally and I listen to my body…no processed food no sugar and low carb most the time. Kimberly I talk about you all the time and I APPRECIATE YOU❤️🙏❤️also yes I have 2 Annalemas to structure my water. They have a garden model now too!
Greetings Kimberly! You know, I have seen so many videos talking about how wonderful this way of eating is that I really believe it. However, I have been a vegan for so many years ( almost50 actually) that I just can't get past the idea of eating animals. I'm 67 now and perplexed! Love and blessings ♥️🙏
Me too vegan for 60 years...though I'm very much a live let live gal, I personally could never eat a precious animal with a heartbeat and sensitive souls like us❤but lovely to watch you Kimberly cheers from uk 🇬🇧
@@barbarafairbanks4578 my dad and his side of the family have a history of heart attacks and heart disease , early death so I am being proactive in seeing a cardiologist to make sure I don’t suffer the same fate. My dad survived a heart attack at 40 and we see the same cardiologist, my dad just turned 90! He doesn’t eat meat, or fatty foods...My heart is so healthy and I want to keep it that way. ❤ nutpods. Toasted marshmallow and french vanilla. Great video Kimberly! Congrats on healthy lifestyle. I've been IF ketovore since February 2023. Down 40# and maintaining. 64 and feel better than ever!
Hey Kimberly, enjoyed the video so much!! I have been on a carnivore diet for going on 18 months. I have lost 40 pounds and was able to get off 2 blood pressure meds I have been on for 30 years. I walk, weight lift, and have never felt better at 54. I'm saying all this because it's basically what you have gone to. I have messed with a couple of things but the jest is high protein, no carbs, no sugar. I will still eat some fresh berries, kale, you know the drill. I also added bison and deer meat. Cook them the same as hamburger and ribeye.
@@janekraft1359I do eat some kale, I think everyone has to cater their diet to fit their own way. As far as saturated fats, they are the most durable, resilient fats out there. They reduce inflammation, help balance hormones, help cells to repair, heal, and grow. You still have to be smart about it. Use beef tallow, pork lard. No seed oils, No French fries floating in crisco. I could go on, and on, but Im not here to preach. To tell what has worked for me.
I so appreciate you addressing the weight gain from inflammatory oils. I couldn't have said it better and it reiterated for me to stay away from those oils. Thanks. 👍❤
You’re lovely, intelligent, charismatic and kind for sharing your life with us. Appreciate hearing your successful tips since my son moves away for college next month.
Thank you for sharing what you eat in a day. I love to hear what and where you purchase your clean foods. I have found Nutpods in my local grocers and am going to get the Sweetleaf stevia. Thank you for sharing.
I’m a new follower, and I was seeing your glowing skin and very little to no puffiness in your face and thought “hmmmm….I wonder if she is keto/carnivore?” Sure enough! I’m 52 (53 next month) and was keto for 5 years and for the last 3 years meat and animal fat focused. I also found I needed to increase electrolytes to have the energy I needed. Recently I’ve changed to eating breakfast and a lunch/dinner at around 3pm and no dinner. I also keep my meals a bit higher fat which seems to be helping me with sustained energy.
Great video. You inspired me to begin strength training six months ago. I show up and do the work with a trainer to get my form correct and prevent injuries. I don’t love it. I already know the food part and of course, life happens so my food is not as dialed in as I would like so it’s useful to be reminded this morning. Thanks for what you do ❤
Hello Kimberly. I was wondering about a few things: 1. On average(with the caveat that your meats may differ from other people's choices), how much is the Moink box come out per pound? 2. Have you found a great quality olive oil? 3. Can you please mention your brand of the water osmosis and (if you are so inclined) make a video about it? Thank you very much!
Nice to find out on top of beauty topic videos that you are also a low carb eater ! I have been doing low-carb/carnivore for a very long time. I have reached a weight that I am comfortable with. I eat within a four hour eating window and I’m very rarely hungry. It really does work for me.
@pamtewes5276 Well...Kimberly does lift weights - lifts 'heavy' from what I understand. Lifting 'heavy' does stress bone - which stimulates the body's natural bone remodeling process (activity of osteoclasts & osteoblasts). I know you were asking about her calcium intake? So, there IS calcium in the chicken broth she consumes. Idk why you've mentioned antioxidants for bone health? I'm not familiar with antioxidants as a factor for bone health?🤷♀️
I also have been taking the perfect aminos by BodyHealth for two years. I use the powder. I noticed your trainer mentioned another company that was less exude the same product but don’t recall that product name. Is there a reason you are still using the PA formula? I also use Ultima Replinisher but prefer the pink lemonade! I’ve tried the highly recommended C60 but did not experience any benefit so stopped as it is also not cheap. Thank you for sharing all this important health information with your viewers. People need to KNOW! You are an inspiration. Please keep up the good work.
I think you look absolutely amazing and thank you for sharing your daily routine. I appreciate how “real” you are by keeping it simple - I will be down there this summer to find my dream home! I love stevia but I have heard it is not good for the gut microbes so I gave it up. I’m glad you’re showing us what you take because I don’t mind spending for good health.
Hi Kimberly, good to see this video because finally someone has addressed the elephant in the room of low-carb eating is the stomach issues and I never traced to the electrolytes. I have one packet every day. I’m getting around it by having digestive enzymes after every meal which is really only two meals I have the same issue that you have once I have my big meal at noon struggle to eat something in the evening, but I do my best will try your electrolytes but really LMNT is really nice. I just sip it slowly, after trying the enzymes the runs have turned for the better. Lol

For dressing, I only buy primal kitchen zero sugar in their whole 30 approved none of those yucky seed oils! Thanks for doing this video. I enjoy seeing what you’re using to stay fit, and healthy.!
Hey, I enjoyed your video. I am considering eating more protein, but I am concerned about my cholesterol. What is your opinion on how it may affect your cholesterol? Thank you.
I also IF. We went to Italy last March for two weeks and fell in love with all of it! How do unordered your food from there? Coming home and eating our food just isn’t the same.
Hi. I have been told if I have any kind of creamer or 0 calorie sweetener with my AM coffee I have brokent the fast. I would be so happy if this wasn't true. Do you have a source to share for this information? I loved this video. You and Connie got me started on IF and it's been amazing. Weight has stabilized and hunger is virtually gone. Thanks for sharing bits of your everyday life. These are my favorite videos.
@sosoutherncustomequestrian4 Umm...maybe, but maybe not Depends on who you follow and who they follow😊 It's all hypothetical - studies are not there...even the most well-informed scientist does not know what exactly breaks a fast, as well as when exactly autophagy begins in a fast. Many, many differing hypotheses (& biases) out there - on the subject of fasting. 🤔
I tbsp of the nut pod creamer has 10 calories (most say less than 15 is ok) 0g sugar, 0g carbs, 1g fat and 0g sugar. This is probably not significant enough to break a fast.
It may not be a classic no food fast…but you can, technically, call anything you want a fast. There is even a “social media fast”. Everyone does a fast in their own way.
Kimberly, you have to try RAO brand soups. They come in a glass jar and are second best to homemade soup 🍲. They are so flavorful and tasty and delicious. The wedding soup is awesome and amazing. Chicken noodle 🍜, and other great options. Walmart, Target and other supermarkets carry it Not overly salty either. Definitely worth a try. If you have a friend or neighbor or relative under the weather or not feeling well, surprise them with a heartfelt bowl 🍜 of tasty soup. Yummmm 😋. Thanks for the tips and tricks for eating better and smarter. Lately I've been on the marinated artichoke bandwagon and have been buying them in the small or larger jar, and have noticed they are in safflower oil. They used to be in olive oil. So, now I'm on the hunt for healthier versions. I love my salads too. I just love the ability to change up the veggies i put in it. So healthy and delicious for us. Thanks for the reminder. 🌞🌹
Love it and I do about the same but realized that I need to add more protein. The IF has been wonderful, I go almost 22 hours without a meal and then have something. Like to be done eating by 6:45, so far its great. Thanks for sharing. Coffee is a must in the AM and lots of herbal tea or water. So much easier doing this way of living. You look good and the salad dressings on the shelf are deadly with the seed oils....
I've really enjoyed following your journey to being a healtheir person with healthier choices. I'm on that same path. I wonder how much you've changed your skin care and the chemicals you are using on your skin through care and makeup? I stumbled on a you tube creator a week or two ago and immediatly thought of you. Have you watched Peaches Skin Care?
Wonderful. Ive been eating big meals for lunch for a while now. And something light for later a few hours befor bed. I sleep better too. Though I must incorporate more water :) thankyou for doing your video as I just learnt about salad dressings. 😊
Ultima (Lemmon ) + apple cider Vinger to taste + water. It is my daily drink . I have found It helps with anti-inflammatory issue for me and blood sugar control. LMT is also a favorite too.I was very happy to see you make the switch in your diet. We make this issue bigger than it is change is hard but the results make it worth it. I believe this way of eating and not eating is the key for many women over 40. Once you let go of the old food drama it gets very simple. to eat the way you are doing it. I alos believe that if this doesn't work for some its not wrong. Live and let live !
Thanks for the tip on the meat purchases. I'm going to check out their website. I eat very similar to you. I too eat blueberries and strawberries and sometimes banana slices thrown in. I've been putting yogurt and walnuts on top with a drizzle of maple syrup or honey (probably should skip that but it's good :-) I'm going to try out your topping though. I used to use Sweetleaf but switched to Lakanto Golden Monk Fruit Sweetener available on Amazon. It goes in the sugar bowl and can be used just like sugar with no aftertaste. I would love to see a video on some salad dressing recipes!! That is one thing I have not changed and I know seed oils are one of the very worst things for you.
Thank you Kimberly! That was fun! I want to try and order beef from Moink. That seems like a good idea especially if they can be flexible with mailings when I travel. I'm a little surprised that you don't have fish once in a while. I love salmon and the benefits of omega 3s. Also I notice you don't really eat bread. I also am not crazy about bread! I like the idea of having tea instead of just plain water even though I don't mind drinking just plain water. Keep the great videos coming! I really do enjoy them!
Cast Brew Coffee; Tim Pool's company! Kimberly, love your channel. You are so natural, friendly and down to earth. Refreshingly honest. Great topics and content. Subscribed recently. Thanks!
Kimberly I havnt watched for a while but how did you go from a plant based diet to a red meat based diet???? Where are your mini greens you used to grow etc etc? Are you moving from Florida anytime soon?
Hi Kimberly, i recently had an abnormal BUN/Creatinine test and will retest this week. Until I know the results, I'm not sure how to proceed with my died (need to lose 5-10lbs). However, a while back, you tried incorporating dairy back into your diet. How did that work out for you?
I usually cut my steak in half. Eat half for dinner and the other half for the next day's dinner. I'm not a real big eater. I will have to try the whipped creme sounds good with berries. Thanks for the tips. Enjoyed the video.
I love this. Your way of eating suits me just fine. Like you I can't and I don't nibble in between. If I do , I gain weight. Last summer I made my very own dandelion tea from the dandelions from my back yard where I don't use and pesticides. I make my own chicken stock also. You looked so pretty when you did the try on wedding dress and accessories for your daughters wedding.
Your gut microbiones adjust to the meat protein - I usually suffer with constipation however when I recently went on an 8 week keto diet I was as regular as can be
Yes Cooks venture went out of business sometihing to do with the warehouse, I got an email and they refunded like a week before I was suppose to get my delivery, so I am gonna try your recommendations 😃
Great video Kimberly how much weight have you lost since you started eating clean? I have recently been diagnosed with osteoporosis so need to change the way I exercise as I have a fractured tibia. Lesley
Please do your research with health minded professionals, (like a Functional Medicine Dr.) before you get conned into going on those pharmaceuticals for osteoporosis. It's a SCAM! Too long to go into here! Just make sure you also go on Vit-K-2 (not the same as Vit-K) it helps to maintain bone mass, & it also keeps the calcium that we eat from getting logged in our arteries, and gets it going where it needs to go, our bones. Getting our Vit-D levels checked, and optimized at the High End of the levels is Very important, as it's actually a hormone, not a "vitamin" per day, and is extremely important for our immune system, cancer protection, and bone health. Also magnesium, most people are deficient in it, and it's Critical for a plethora of Bodily systems to function properly. Take care! 🤗
Oh man...I tried those Perfect Aminos. I only took 5 twice a day and they plugged me up so badly after only 3 days, I still haven't recovered. 😔 And I eat a lot of fiber! I am even taking the Ion stuff. I don't know what that is about, but I do like that Coco Whip stuff on top of the Crust less Pumpkin Pie I make once in a while. 😊
I’ve heard that you might can try taking Perfect Aminos 2/day (twice a day) for 3-4 days and then in one extra each time for another 3-4 days, etc. to work up to the amount you’re wanting to take. Maybe that’s a way to help your body build up tolerance.
I know some viewers may consider this a 'clean and healthy' day of eating. But for many other viewers, it just may send some straight to the ER. As an influencer, perhaps you can emphasize that this is your chosen way of eating, but it's not for everyone as it's focused primarily on protein and fats. Some people can't fast for health reasons, some people can't and shouldn't consume large quantities of protein. Can you show what you did with the tomatoes and the kind of salad you eat? And if there are any other whole foods you consume now that give the body the needed nutrients?
I hope Cooks Venture isnt out of business but i see same you cant add anything to cart. Hope it just a webaite issue. They are also sold in store at HEB in Texas
Hi just found your channel and enjoyed watching some of your videos. I will be 70 in a couple months. May I ask your age? You look great and love your haircut.
i'm not understanding when you say you take 10 perfect aminos before exercise and five after, I don' t think you mean scoops. Could you please clarify?
I love just eating a steak the way you prepare it. I dont eat any certain way but i do very similar to you except first meal would be the fruit on a lil greek yogurt. I have been intermittant fasting for almost a decade and it just works for me
Kimberly, that was again, very interesting. I really like your style. You're very informative, pleasant, down to earth, unassuming and all around, just a joy to watch. Tks for what you do. 😊
Have you ever loaded up on certain vitamins? Idk which is right, but i read that even though B 18:38 vitamins are water soluble you can still take to much The muscles in my legs were hurting an as soon as i stopped taking B an D3 . They stopped hurting. I assume that both are excessive amounts.
I tried keto and loved it at first but unfortunately over time it progressively changed my blood cholesterol, triglycerides, C reactive protein, my doctor was alarmed and tried to get me on a myriad of medication. Followed Dr. Esselstyn and got my body back on track. No meds. Perhaps other people's genetics work with this way of eating, but not me. Have you visited Fifty Plus Beauty? She tried keto as well.

I signed up with Connie. Thanks for your recommendation ❤ Love your channel 🥰
I enjoyed this video.
Do you mind sharing where you found the big glass pitcher you keep your tea in, Kimberly?
Do you gym everyday? How can you handle it…would like to learn from your routine! Thank you Kimberly ❤
Nice video. I am starting my keto eating habits. I feel so much better when I do. Like to make my home made soups. 😊
I loved today’s video! It is so helpful! Thanks and here to a healthy March! ❤
Thanks Kimberly!
What is your opinion of bone 🍗 broth? Either homemade or in the carton, from a health food store or nutritional grocery store ??! 🌞
Hi Kimberly, I love your videos! Do you still grow micro greens and eat them? I haven’t heard you talk about that, just wondering!
Cast Brew Coffee; Tim Pool's company! Kimberly, love your channel. You are so natural, friendly and down to earth. Refreshingly honest. Great topics and content. Subscribed recently. Thanks!
I'm on reorder!
Where did you purchase the large pitcher?
This looks good, but I’d need at least 3-4 more servings of veggies. I like your sun tea pitcher!🍅🥕
Thank you so much for sharing your routine. Could you share your meatball recipe? Great idea to have them on hand for a quick snack/meal.
Yes! I second the motion for the meatball recipe!
I thought animal products like red meat were highly inflammatory.
Is that really healthy?
I love this. Your way of eating suits me just fine. Like you I can't and I don't nibble in between. If I do , I gain weight. Last summer I made my very own dandelion tea from the dandelions from my back yard where I don't use and pesticides. I make my own chicken stock also. You looked so pretty when you did the try on wedding dress and accessories for your daughters wedding.
Thank you for all the great tips Kimberly!
I heard that Cooks Ventures went out of business from two different food based you tube channels. They recommended Wild Pastures.
That good morning was so funny 🤣
Great video. Can you please give me the name of an all natural chemical free body lotion. Thnaks
How does one deal with constipation that has to come with a diet like this? There is little to no roughage.
More veggies, less meat!
Your gut microbiones adjust to the meat protein - I usually suffer with constipation however when I recently went on an 8 week keto diet I was as regular as can be
Thanks for the tips! I love soup for dinner! I’m going to stop snacks, it will be hard but will try tea with stevia to help!
Take care! 🤗
Thank you so much for this information, love you and your videos
You look fabulous !
Hello Kimberly, I'm interested in where and how you order from Italy?
Kimberly, a while back I saw one of your videos titled sourdough bread. I can’t find it was it removed?
Yes. Cooks venture went out of business due to financial issues. Going to try Moink
The Perfect Aminos actually nauseated me, so I get it too!
@@jeanjacobs9965 😔 Sorry to hear that.
I’ve heard that you might can try taking Perfect Aminos 2/day (twice a day) for 3-4 days and then in one extra each time for another 3-4 days, etc. to work up to the amount you’re wanting to take. Maybe that’s a way to help your body build up tolerance.
@@CiTalMe I am too afraid to try it again. It did a number on me. But thank you for the suggestion.
My assumption is that everyone here is a grown up and fully capable of making their own decisions. It's used to be called 'maturity'.
If you don't mind, what is it you do for work?
I hope Cooks Venture isnt out of business but i see same you cant add anything to cart. Hope it just a webaite issue. They are also sold in store at HEB in Texas
Nut pods for the win! Love it.
Thanks Kimberley enjoyed the video ❤
Hi just found your channel and enjoyed watching some of your videos. I will be 70 in a couple months. May I ask your age? You look great and love your haircut.
I'm 67. Thanks for watching!
i'm not understanding when you say you take 10 perfect aminos before exercise and five after, I don' t think you mean scoops. Could you please clarify?
Hi there. Great video. Also, I'm curious why I stopped getting your newsletter😢
Hi! This is Care, Kimberly’s Assistant. Please email me at Support@PrettyOverFifty.com and I can figure out what happened!
Kimberly, you mentioned some hot chocolate brand in one of your more recent videos but I can't find it. Can you tell me which one please?
agree with short window eating, ideay6 hrs during 24 hr period
I love just eating a steak the way you prepare it. I dont eat any certain way but i do very similar to you except first meal would be the fruit on a lil greek yogurt. I have been intermittant fasting for almost a decade and it just works for me
Can you show us your recipe for the keto meatballs? Thanks
Great video!
Hi Kimberly do you have a recipe for the salad dressing thanks
Kimberly, that was again, very interesting. I really like your style. You're very informative, pleasant, down to earth, unassuming and all around, just a joy to watch. Tks for what you do. 😊
Thank you! 😊
Many local beef producers now have websites where you can pick and choose what you want, vs having to purchase an entire half a cow.
Have you ever loaded up on certain vitamins? Idk which is right, but i read that even though B 18:38 vitamins are water soluble you can still take to much
The muscles in my legs were hurting an as soon as i stopped taking B an D3 . They stopped hurting. I assume that both are excessive amounts.
The chocolate nutpod flavor is my favorite. Can only order it online
The coffee cake, and caramel are pretty darn good too!
Gosh Kimberly I’ve been taking only two perfect aminos before the gym. Are you saying you take ten? I’ve been doing it incorrectly.
The best advice is to make your own salad dressing, those of the super market are really full of nasty ingredients
Your glasses are soooo cute!!
This is really interesting- thank you. I am surprised that you have a milk in your coffee in the morning, does it stimulate insulin release?
It's a nut milk, not cows milk.
Isn’t that also classed as a food?
@@CherylBerryl
does that kick up insulin count for pre diabetes? my problem is insulin resistance.
Loving your videos ❤ xx
