You have to find a place where the building codes allow you to use these. I had a 20 acre property in rural MO where the county would not let me have a dwelling less than 1,000 sqft. The utility access was also cost prohibitive. $20,000 to get electricity run from the pole at the road. $5,000 for a water meter at the road. Probably $25,000 for a septic.
You can literally purchase home architecture plans (cabins) for a few hundred dollars and all of the steel in this kit for a little over two thousand dollars and save yourself $17K

These aren't houses. They are just frames. You have to add everything else to make it a house. So, the 20k home title is not correct. You are not buying a house.
Not suitable for every day living. These are more like she sheds. Or at best, guest houses. Plus, you have to buy the land to put these on. And it's not easy finding cheap, suitable land for home building.

Please tell me where tô find info about low cost RV ?
These kits are only good because they are mostly prefab
But if I built the same product just out of wood , it would weigh more but cost significantly less
I hear you. Let me know what you think of these

Dude your not lying about your average home being 420k. We will be right back in trouble with the housing market again.
It’s honestly a bit scary to think about
This may be out of your range or not: Do you know anyone with small apartment complexes that is successful?
When you say small how many units you talking?
@@blackrealestatedialogue 4 - 10 units.
@@c-mobucks4930 definitely, check the podcast playlist I have a ton of interviews with folks doing real estate within that range and much higher
Pretty soon that is all that we will have.
The 96sqft is so over priced it’s 🤮. Contact your local Amish builder and they will make it and deliver for around $10k or less. The Amish version includes windows and doors.
Haha thanks for the tip!
I would buy and live in every home you showed.
💪🏾
Don't forget HVAC as an additional cost.
Absolutely the costs can add up
Since these are just a metal frame, EVERYTHING ELSE is an additional cost.
@@catherineostrom7575 you are correct and that’s why I disclosed that additional detail it in the video. People need to understand that so I thank you for your comment. Let me know what you think of these Amazon houses. I think you’ll like them more. Here is the other video ->

Good rental property and living place as well.
Just give a damm Lowe's Shed ! And make it work I'll put my own insulation board and l brackets myself! Still a home !
That’s a good point
Do you need a permit to have one of these houses
I’d recommend checking with your city for what the requirements would be
I've been interested in 3D built homes. However, the information is scarce and the manufacturers seem to only be dealing with builders right now. Can you do a video on these types of homes and the durability of the homes and technology?
I've made note of this. I'll look into it and may include it in a future video! Thanks for the suggestion
Good info!😍😍😍
thank you!
My city ill not allow less tan 800 square foot homes
Why on earth would they not sell them finished?
Excellent point. I made a video about more finished versions of these from Amazon. You can check it out here.

Yes I’d like to
Go for it!
crazy - my closet is bigger than 98 sq.
You are blessed 😅
New Subscriber 🎉🎉🎉
welcome to the fam!
Don’t forget all the extra expenses for plumbing, electrical, cost for land, the insulation, etc……..
Yep I mentioned that during the video. Very important. Let me know what you think of these. They are delivered pretty much with everything included
ruclips.net/video/BbwC8Icq2wE/видео.html
That's way to much for just frame, just buy a full manufactured home for 25k-40k fully done
I don’t blame you. Let me know what you think of these
ruclips.net/video/BbwC8Icq2wE/видео.html
That's horrible that's way small and it doesn't come with insulation or interior wall panels. That's expensive but I would rather get a shed that is weather proof they are way less expensive. And get the same stuff but more square footage.
Totally understand thanks for sharing!
While these tiny homes might be cheap but you also need land to put it on.
You are 100% right. Let me know what you think of the homes in this video
ruclips.net/video/BbwC8Icq2wE/видео.html
Can this be shipped overseas
I’m not sure. See if the website will allow you to start an overseas transaction just to test it
How would I do this in Illinois
You would need to find out what the requirements are to put a structure like this on your property, then go from there with building it out. But Home Depot would simply deliver it to you.
I would done one with a basement.
These aren't houses. They are just frames. You have to add everything else to make it a house. So, the 20k home title is not correct. You are not buying a house.
Thanks for the comment. You likely did not watch the full video however I disclosed the additional costs that would incur in the video.
you have to buy your property for these, so all can be insured ya can't just buy it and wham its all cool
Good Content
Thanks!
I've seen them cheaper than that ! You can take a tiny shed and turn it into a tiny house $8,000
Totally understand. I made a similar video. Let me know what you think. Here it is.

Not in the state of Florida u can't 😮 you have to have plans signed by the state n inspections so I would b careful
Thanks for sharing. Lmk your thoughts on this video

Above ground bunkers
😂😂😂
These aren't homes.... they're sheds!
I would say it’s flexible depending on how someone intends to use it
@@blackrealestatedialogue fair enough! Could be useful for guest lodging!
Not suitable for every day living. These are more like she sheds. Or at best, guest houses. Plus, you have to buy the land to put these on. And it's not easy finding cheap, suitable land for home building.
I agree more so guest houses or home offices. I just dropped this video. Let me know your thoughts?
ruclips.net/video/BbwC8Icq2wE/видео.html
Good video
Thanks! Let me know what you think of this one

What state are these??
These frames can be purchased on Home Depot’s website
Way too much for just a frame.
Totally get you. Let me know what you think of these Amazon homes. I made another video here-
