    I love your videos! I learn a lot and love experimenting with features! Keep them coming!

      Perfect. That is exactly what I want each user to do. Don't just sit back and watch a video. Dive into the program and experiment around to see what happens.

    This one will need some repeat views of each segment. And I like the gilded thank you.

      You never knew the title editors were so complicated, did you? Yes, I knew a complete review was going to take a lot of time and each video was just getting too long. But the real fun starts in the next video.

      @@Baldy-1 It's the extra features that you now made me aware of. Need to play with them a bit now that I know they are there.

    Whoops I gotta go back to the future - I watched those in the wrong order. Am I suspecting a Davinci Review once you have completed Power Director, ask for a friend?

      My review of Davinci was done in Adobe Premier Pro.

    Ok, random question!!!!! I want to add a transition, but of the 1 second, I need, I want only 6 frames to be on the first clip and want the rest to be on the second clip, but powerdirector doesn't seem to let me decide that. Is this adjustment something I missed?

    • @Baldy-1

      OK, random answer.!!!!! By default, PD will place a transition so that it is equally divided between the 2 videos. But, yes, you can change the distribution even down to the 6 frames on one video that you desire. Here is how.
      1. Start by dropping the transition into place like you normally would do.
      2. Move the play head until it is somewhere on top of the transition.
      3. Zoom waaaaay in on the timeline by sliding the timescale (where the time numbers are shown) all the way to the right until it won't go anymore.
      4. Right click on the transition and set the duration to 12 frames (00:12). This will put 6 frames on the left and 6 frames on the right.
      5. Move the cursor to the right edge of the transition until you get that strange looking cursor. Then click and drag that edge out to the 24th frame mark of the second video, or until when you release it, the duration reads 01:00 when you hover over it. Adjust it again if necessary.
      You do realize that 01:00 is a very short transition and that it will be barely noticeable when it happens.

      @@Baldy-1 omg, you are too awesome!!!! Right now I am just laying clips over songs to learn the program, and with the style I do, the short transitions are perfect! And I figure it will only be easier to use it regularly if I start doing other things later. Some of my transitions are 15 frames 😂

    • @Baldy-1
      @Baldy-1  4 месяца назад

      15 second transitions !!! I think you are creating some subliminal messages mixed in there. :-)
