Batman: If you kill a killer, the number of Killers in the world remains the same. Punisher: That's why I kill a shitload of killers, so there will definitely be less. Also they can't come back and beat my sidekick to death with a crowbar.....if I would need a sidekick that is.
MrTrusty666 Thank you, that's why I like the Punisher. Also this is off topic, but I think most of the events that lead to Injustice was Batman's fault.
Worse one was Tom Jane (not the Dirty Laundry fan film) in the 2004 film, its a close one between Ray Stevenson and Jon Bernthall. As much as I love Dolph Lundgren, he still wasn't right for Punisher but I loved the 90s comics where he even teamed up with the likes of Luke Cage and fought Tombstone
Punisher resonates bc the pop culture is pussy nonsense. You are the reason, narrator and your url. It's a difference of opinion. Try to be more aware.
I read Punisher Max when it first came out when I finished basic training. It actually got me back into comics. Very happy that I got into the series but my girlfriend isn’t so happy when she sees the credit card bill each week with all the charges on Wednesday haha.
To learn about how Frank Castle was created, how long it took to get him as a popular marvel icon/antihero, the real life decades playing a significant role in his title series, and how know how Jon Bernthal's impression seems more prominent to the persona than Dolph Lundgreen and Thomas Jane gave off there's no doubt that the 2010's seem to be the promising decade for The Punisher and his rouge gallery find more recognition than ever before by the time the Netflix comes out on Friday
"In certain extreme situations, the law is inadequate. In order to shame it's inadequacy, it's necessary to act outside of the law. To pursue, natural justice. This is not vengeance, revenge is not a vaild motive, it's an emotional response. No not vengeance, Punishment." The Punisher 2004
It was Chris Kyle's unit that started that the Tom Jayne punisher film had just came out when the insurgency started heating up they started spray painting the skull on the front and back of their body armor that was a time when the special forces until we're stacking up a huge pile of dead bad guys (subjective term I know) but the SEALs saw themselves as the real life versions of the punisher they found guys that were doing bad things to innocent people and killed them
When Garth Ennis and many artists, took a turn and written for the Punisher. They ignored questions about censorship, younger demographics, and good morals. I know. But If I did a storyline. I would be okay about questions and philosophy about censorship, younger demographics, and good morals. I prefer to have that. This overly dark and extreme stuff that Garth Ennis is known for. Really doesn't fit with my own viewpoint. It feels odd and weird for my personality and mindset alike. The philosophy about younger demographics and simplistic good morals, have always resonated with me. Ever since I remembered about my own baby and childlike infancy. I still feel relatable to these topics after all. I am happy to still feel like a child with care and safety.
i personally like the Netflix version of Frank Castled portrayed by Jon Bernthal. Thomas Jane had the age and feel the guy in War Zone was just huge and appeared unstoppable but The Punisher in the Netflix series and Dare Devil series is exactly how i see Castle
Jhon Bernthal is the Punisher incarnated. Its like he was born for the role. If you dont believe me , check out daredevil season2. The punisher basically steals the show.
Harkness78 Punisher does not kill to fill his sick need for violence, violence and injustice is what created him, Punisher sees the full scope of the situation, to me the term hero is subjective. Frank is not looking to be a hero he just takes out the trash buy getting the job done. Read Punisher Slavers story arc to see the kind the kind of people he fight. Please educate yourself so you don't sound so ignorant,😒😒😒
Punisher is a hero that get results, all the other so called hero are nothing but bs for the public to give them a gold medal, Funny how people turn a blind eye to when Thor kills, hypocrisy😒😒😒
I remember watching the 2004 movie & the punisher was the ONLY supper hero (as far as I know) my step dad liked & I easily seen why: the movie did a great job at portraying Frank's damaged origins (the slaughter of his family) & the meticulous planning & eventual vengeance towards Howard Saint & his family. I think in terms of "realistic" heros in the marvel universe iron man & the punisher are my favorite.
Jon Bernthal is amazing, He actually made sure that the producers of the Netflix series didn't make him too sympathetic of a character. Obviously he has his reasons and motivations for doing what he does, but it's supposed to be obvious that he goes too far. That way even though you root for him, a small voice is in the back of your head going "...but why so much?" I think the Marvel character that comes closest in that aspect is Wolverine. When both characters are done well (e,g, Logan & The Punisher series), then it's a true archetype with multi-faceted personalities.
Actually surprised you got onto the Punisher MAX series. But you missed the ending explaining what really happened that day. I think it's for the best that you didn't, since it kinda sets him as a different person (kind of, not really). But to me it made him even better, it wrapped up perfectly by the last issue. Also, to those still reading, look up and watch Punisher Dirty Laundry. it's on RUclips, you won't be disappointed
Frank castle: Howard saint, HOWARD SAINT! You took everything from me Howard saint: you killed my son John saint: NOOOOOOOOOOO!( explosion) Frank castle: both of them
*SPOILES*I felt a bit underwhelmed on Netflix’s Punisher. Only the first and last 2-3 episodes is where we see how brutal and controversial Castle really is. I wasn’t that into the Punisher in comics but I always thought of him a the dark side of being a hero. And the closest I’ve seen that was in Punisher War Zone. The series tried to expand him but they expanded way too much. If they make a season 2 then they better not pull back on him at all
I love punisher ❤️❤️❤️ Werid story I recorded a Batman movie and when I play it it showed me the punisher movie it took me a few days to realize that my tv messed up
Okay. Was he a soldier or a marine? It does kind of matter considering they're different military branches. And based on my research, he was a seasoned marine.
Oh right in the bat balls
Why do people Like Batman, again?
Aya ya because hes batman
Aya ya the world may never know...
"If you're guilty, you're dead"
-The Punisher
"Si Vis Pacem Para Bellum." "If You Want Peace, Prepare For War."- Frank Castle 2004.
Jon bernthal's punisher perfection
James Howlett I’m sorry that you’re so sensitive to opinions
Worse one was Tom Jane (not the Dirty Laundry fan film) in the 2004 film, its a close one between Ray Stevenson and Jon Bernthall. As much as I love Dolph Lundgren, he still wasn't right for Punisher but I loved the 90s comics where he even teamed up with the likes of Luke Cage and fought Tombstone
My dad loves that show on Netflix.
Punisher resonates bc the pop culture is pussy nonsense.
You are the reason, narrator and your url.
It's a difference of opinion. Try to be more aware.
He was more close to comics Punisher in Daredevil than his own show. They wet the bed with that one.
"The guilty will be punished."
Punisher Is My Favorite Marvel Character. 🖒
Mike ADHD Daredevil,Wolverine, and the Punisher are tied
Mike ADHD mine too

Shawn McMillan So exited for thursday
Professor Zoom
Shawn McMillan
I can't wait for the netflix series!
Hell yeah he is!
The Punisher had to even survive resistance from his own comic book company. Talk about resilience.
"One batch, Two batch, Penny and Dime"
James Howlett or read the BORN punisher that series is dope asf
Punisher needs love.
I read Punisher Max when it first came out when I finished basic training. It actually got me back into comics. Very happy that I got into the series but my girlfriend isn’t so happy when she sees the credit card bill each week with all the charges on Wednesday haha.
KevinJohn556 Quit using her credit card. 😂😂😂😂😂
Jon Bernthal is the best Punisher ever! I am so OBSESSED!
The punisher is top 10 marvel characters
Who thinks The Punisher was the First True Anti-Hero?
BrewBlaster Yeah.
Ever heard of the shadow?
He’s been around since the 30s.
Yep, he had a radio show..."The Shadow Knows"
BrewBlaster He was based off a character called Executioner.
I grew up with spawn and punisher.
Jon bernthal 👌👌👌
James Howlett jon is better
James Howlett boy I'm a 90s kid and Jon is better
James Howlett eh who's Shane
James Howlett seriously you haven't watched the new punisher lol
James Howlett your the one who's ignorant lol

The Punisher is one of my Top 5 Favorite Superheros/Anti-hero of all time

Did you now the punisher emblem is used by troops in Iraq to terrify the enemy
It was Chris Kyle's unit that started that the Tom Jayne punisher film had just came out when the insurgency started heating up they started spray painting the skull on the front and back of their body armor that was a time when the special forces until we're stacking up a huge pile of dead bad guys (subjective term I know) but the SEALs saw themselves as the real life versions of the punisher they found guys that were doing bad things to innocent people and killed them
Noah Sawyer could not have said it better myself.

It says something when criminals are more afraid of Punisher than other superheroes with actual superpowers
Sjono So true,😂😂😂😂
A punisher can kill everything, after his family is killed
one batch, two batch...
Penny and dime
Nickle and quarter
Half dollar and full dollar
mortage and family
...give a dog a bone.
The second new Punisher movie “Punisher War Zone” was absolutely how I imagine the character. Just an insanely ruthless killer
Punisher War Zone is so underrated.
ComicBook Ninja but the actor looks like the real punisher tho
Yes that is so true!
i personally like the Netflix version of Frank Castled portrayed by Jon Bernthal.
Thomas Jane had the age and feel
the guy in War Zone was just huge and appeared unstoppable
but The Punisher in the Netflix series and Dare Devil series is exactly how i see Castle
Truth. I think if you combined the 2004 movie with War Zone, it would be the perfect Punisher movie. Jon Bernthal is just perfect as him though.
The punisher = human terminator
Complete with the 'self repair' function.
Last time I was this early, people supported the Vietnam war
Just remember it wasn't young people/hippies(40%, about average) who didn't support the Vietnam war, it was people over 50 (80%).
Jhon Bernthal is the Punisher incarnated. Its like he was born for the role. If you dont believe me , check out daredevil season2. The punisher basically steals the show.
He steals the show because every other plot line in the season was garbage.
Harkness78 yeah okay genius/DUMBASS
and because many of us see him as Shane on The Walking Dead or the brother in The Accountant
James Howlett youre toxic. Stop shitting on people for getting into something that is awesome.
I'll never understand why people don't get why Punisher is a hero.
He's not really, he is killing the fill a sick need for violence in his heart. Even if his family hadn't died he would have found a way to kill again.
Yeah, like shitbag terrorists.
Harkness78 Punisher does not kill to fill his sick need for violence, violence and injustice is what created him, Punisher sees the full scope of the situation, to me the term hero is subjective. LarryBonson or tell her to read the BORN punisher series
Jack4514Pool He's a serial killer. He's really no different than Dexter is except that Punisher uses guns
He's a modern action hero! We need more like him
The number ONE super hero
AFK ninja he's not even a super nor a hero is an anti hero
We are all one bad day away from becoming The Punisher.
James Howlett you make no sense fake Wolverine
The Mike Zeck covers for the mini series are classic and War Zone was awsome.
Also The punisher idea came from a book series called The executioner.
Superhero Origins: Black Lightning
So is Watchmojo doing Secret Origins on every comic characters for something interesting and awesome 😎?
"Now the world is gone, I'm just one! Oh please God help meeeee!"
Can't wait to benge watch this new netflix series till thanksgivings weekend.
Punisher is a hero that get results, all the other so called hero are nothing but bs for the public to give them a gold medal, Funny how people turn a blind eye to when Thor kills, hypocrisy😒😒😒
The punisher is amazing
The Punisher is my favorite Marvel Street Level Hero and my 3rd favorite Marvel character!
Jon Bernthal's Punisher is hands down the best punisher ever!
Movies like Death Wish and Dirty Harry were a huge influence on comic books at this time.
I wouldn't be surprised if those movies including Taxi Driver did indeed influence the creation of the Punisher.
Yup, that one too. Movies like Death Wish, Dirty Harry, and Taxi Driver were a HUGE influence in Frank Miller's depiction of Batman too.
I loved the original Punisher movie as a kid. 80's pretend violence was so cool.
Punisher aka Judge,Jury and Executioner
Tomorrow we see The Punisher kick ass the right way.
Micah-David Saunders What funny watching the show Frank Castle got sympathy,😂😂😂😂
Actually surprised you got onto the Punisher MAX series. But you missed the ending explaining what really happened that day.

Punisher,Deadpool,Ghostrider,Blade are my favorite anti heroes
Moon Knight,The Creeper (Jack Ryder) and Harley Quinn are my favorite Anti-Heroes .
I always wonder how do writers keep on making new Villains for Punisher’s rogues gallery since he always kills them in the end.

4. The Wolverine
5. Superman
The Punisher will always be too bad to a hero, too good to be villain and too dark to be anti-hero.
Please oh please let their be a Evil Ernie and Invincible(Robert Kirkman) series after The Punisher. I wish that Punisher had his own animated series.
*SPOILES*I felt a bit underwhelmed on Netflix’s Punisher. Only the first and last 2-3 episodes is where we see how brutal and controversial Castle really is. John IS the punisher
He should get a solo movie with Tom hardy as the Punisher
I love punisher ❤️❤️❤️
Werid story I recorded a Batman movie and when I play it it showed me the punisher movie it took me a few days to realize that my tv messed up

Someone's excited for November 17th.

*{Video flagged for inappropriate violent content}*
I’ve always wondered if Jon Bernthal or Thomas Jane is the best Punisher yet.
Bernthal or Ray Stevenson are best. Jane is a good actor but that Punisher movie is awful and they write him entirely wrong.
Friday he comes out to play
Okay. Was he a soldier or a marine? It does kind of matter considering they're different military branches. And based on my research, he was a seasoned marine.
Marine he was a marine
One Batch Two Batch Penny And Dime
