It never fails. Every time I'm a week out from changing something up in my program, you put out a video touching on what I'm planning on doing. This time it's cluster sets. It's probably been two decades since I've used them, and I'm pretty excited to see how it goes.

I just started timing my rest periods... 2 minutes seemed like an eternity when watching the timer, but between the last couple of sets, I could have used another minute.

Ive done 2 hours workouts and i have to say i dont noticed any huge difference if i train for 45 minutes or 2 hours. I get similar results. Today i try to be as Quick as possible with my workout. If i can do it in less then 30 minutes are just goals. But usually 40-50 min workouts. But only reason i want to be Quick is only becuse i dont wont to spend more time at the gym that i actually need.. Maybe there better to workout 50 min or less, i dont know. i have not noticed any difference and thats all I know.

Matt, I pulled 505 for a single in January.
At the first of April, I pulled 385 for 3 with 100 pounds of band tension.
The 385 with bands felt much more difficult than the 505 for 1.
This is my 3rd month on your style of programming.
Would you say that my strain level would be normal for my time in the program?
