This is one of the best non-balcony single bedroom studio units I’ve seen in Las Vegas in a while. The individual who re-modeled, and completed the facelift on this unit knows what they’re doing.
The seller bought it 3 years ago for $300k put in probably about 60K (if that) in it and now asking almost 5 hundred for it. Not bad if he can get it at in a 7% interest rate environment with a $734/mo HOA. I think this will go for about $425k. We'll see. This is just my opinion that I know nobody asked for but oh well. But it does look very nice, especially the bathroom.
I am very interested in seeing what happens here as well! One thing about the high rise condos in Vegas most people pay cash so they are not interest rate sensitive. We are getting about to that time where people will want to do full renovations in the towers so I am excited to see how this evolves.
Bro, I do appreciate the effort you have put into the video…but you’re talking about 500 sq ft. That’s almost $1,000/sq ft plus $500/month HOA fees. Truly absurd
It's just buying a hotel room . It doesn't feel like home, feels like a hotel room.. $400+k is overpriced.. there's nothing better than buying a home and enjoying a b.b.q. in the privacy of your own backyard ...

I feel the same. They genuinely did a good job.
Love the remodel work they did
So do I! was definitely impressed with what they did with the space.

Does veer have a rental program/ air bnb?
Good question! No veer is strictly residential with no hotel component. You can rent it out long term 6-12 month minimum.
Nitch under 450K, neeesh over 450K lol

So basically $500,000 for a hotel room. Good luck with that 🤡
It is what it is. 😂 But thank you!
Definitely trying to push the price lol we will see how it shakes out.
