- The unpopular Peace of Vasvár, struck in 1664 between Holy Roman Emperor Leopold I and the Ottoman Empire caused a rebellion led by Croatian nobles Petar and Nikola Zrinski, as well as the famous Fran Krsto Frankopan.
Petar Zrinski had been a Ban (viceroy) during the conspiracy, after which there would not be another Viceroy of Croatian origin for the next 60 years. After they were arrested, and decapitated by the order of Leopold I, their families had been tortured, and murdered effectively ending their blood lines.
Petar Zrinski's verdict read: "he committed the greatest sins than the others in aspiring to obtain the same station as his majesty, that is, to be an independent Croatian ruler and therefore he indeed deserves to be crowned not with a crown, but with a bloody sword".

There will be instrumental versions uploadad as well :)
The next song should be posted by the end of the month! I was so busy last three months I didn't have time to record any new music, but I have been composing and preparing to record for the past couple of months :)
