+bennygunns2913 so the steroids do all the work? Not the hours she spends in the gym training? Who gives a fuck if she's doin roids. I guarantee she'd kick my ass even if she wasn't on the stuff.
Steroid Cook what is the problem of using steroids? Do you think is cheating? Do you think you are in a competition against the fitness industry athletes? Do you think it is an easy way to achieve objectives and makes bodybuilding and others easy sports? Athletes deny use of steroids because of all this dumb point of view of people like you. Steroids don't make things easy, make them possible.Do you think is possible to look like Steve naturally? The human maximum physical performace is very shitty. If you havenct trained for a weighlifting sport since a kid,you probably are condemned to look like a dyel the rest fo your life.Steroids make amazing things possible and make sports something more competitive and enjoyable, even in a "healthy" sport like crossfit.
+Steroid Cook Like the name more original than Mike O'Tren. I do not believe Brooke is natty but no sides of test so I would smash with her. I am sure all IFBB pros and Cult fit game compeitors use something illegal. At least diuretics even in bikini.
This was so much fun to watch, really entertaining. You can def tell you guys had a blast too! Love seeing the mix of all sports for overall better athleticism!
Crossfit and Bodybuilding can absolutely coexist. CrossFit definitely improves functional fitness. and work capacity but there is also functional fitness in bodybuilding... and by the way isolation movements are ok to do, there's nothing wrong with wanting to have good looking biceps, pecs and calves. Often after an intense workout of the day in CrossFit I'll throw in a few isolation exercises like bicep curls, calf raises or dumbbell flyes.
I love how Steve Cook is expanding his knowledge on fitness! Even cooler to see Brooke Ence guiding him in the right direction. Main reason I love crossfit is because it's all about helping everyone succeed and enjoy fitness at the same time.
+Dmitrii Obidin Obviously many of them are on steroids. The fitness industry exists to sell bullshit to fools. Doesn't mean they don't have an impressive work ethic though!
@@cruisecontrol4922 I dated a girl with a physique like Brooke who is probably stronger (and leaner); she's 100% natural. Having said that, she is rare, but it can happen.
Competitive CrossFit athletes need to be drug tested rigorously in order to legitimize the sport. The UFC (who also happens to be sponsored by Reebok) recently implemented drug testing done by USADA for their athletes. USADA use urine but also blood testing, which is the most precise and effective way of testing for PEDs. Since USADA got involved, many fighters have either failed their tests and got suspended as a result, or lost visible muscle mass and gained more fat (coming of the juice). In the future, I would like to see similar drug testing in professional CrossFit. While you can't deny the insane work ethic it requires to be a top-level Crossfitter, the current method of drug testing is preventing the brand to reach a legitimate place in current sports.
Why? Nothing wrong with athletes who wanted to take roids. Doesn't affect mental aspect of it. Only thing it may affect is how much muscle and athlete has or some of the strength aspects(deadlift/squat max) which is a small portion of crossfit anyways
Oh my goodness Brooke! You are so inspiring!! My physical therapist said I can never do weights again because of crushed disks, but i can do gentle body-weight. I have never trained like this, but am so inspired to get in awesome shape despite my health problems and limitations. Any advice on what I can do to build strength/muscle and get extreme health? (I am 41 by the way and not rich, but advice from anyone would be welcome!!) PS: So far, I have been sticking to walking intensity cardio from youtube, and yoga for my bodyweight)
@@CrossFitGamesTV Thanks to you. Since 2010-2017 i was hitting the gym and running and i was focused in a way to be athletic. I never liked bodybuilding principles. Yeah, that chick Brooke is clearly on some juice. She was pushing through the reps with the same efficiency long after all the guys started to gas out. Juicing up is understandable for body builders that need size, but has no place in fitness athletes.
Daniël Klein Nibbelink I understand what you are saying. From my point of view, crossfit promotes itself to be the sport with the most fit athletes. from a multipurpose functionality point of view. Top athletes 'train' and do not only perform the "Workout of the Day" (WOD). A Crossfit WOD is supposed to be an expression of strength and fitness, not necessarily the means by which it is obtained. People often confuse 'training efforts' and 'performances'.

I just love the way those workout shorts fit Brooke... dammm very nice
1:38 Those legs. Female legs are my weakness, man🤩😍😘💍
That statement about crossfitters looking better than bodybuilders year round is complete nonsense. Lost a little respect for Steve after that one...
He doesnt want your respect
Me too!! Being a lady, personally I do not want big effin traps. I disagree with Steve.
I’m still overweight but lost tons of weight doing CrossFit and bout to go back my workouts have gotten stale so I know I need the community aspect again to get tightened up
No way that chick got that body with crossfit, she would've plateaued a few weeks in. Unless she has very good genetics like Sue Lasmar.
All of them pretty much look that way once they've been doing it awhile just look at the reebok crossfit games.. It's not like she's the only one that looks that way they all do
+Emanuel Markus she looked mothing like this in 2010
Top athletes 'train' and do not only perform the "Workout of the Day" (WOD). A Crossfit WOD is supposed to be an expression of strength and fitness, not necessarily the means by which it is obtained. People often confuse 'training efforts' and 'performances'.
yo this video is way too funny!! lmao
"you better believe I didn't forget that shit" lmao
we can say a lot about steve's upper body but damn how i envy his legs
Brooke looks absolutely amazing in this video!!!
amazing physiques, especially considering they are both lifetime naturals
+Alex Douglas haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
Looooooool
lol
+Alex Douglas WEAKMINDED.
+Alex Douglas joke of the year !
Can someone write here the WOD that they did !!!? Looks amazing!!!
i didnt know allowed steroids in crossfit
+Marvin's Essentials Don't kid yourself boy, PEDs are in all sports if you get to a high enough level.
well congratulations you played your self, if you thing they don't use roids.
+Rodrigo Ledesma took you 3 tries to write that smh, congratulations, you played yourself
Lol you got me.
+Marvin's Essentials gotta do something to stay safe from those fucked up pull ups and snatches lol
How come their doesn’t seem to be a lot of more recent content of this type?
Hehe, Brooke Ence for President, now THAT would be someone you wouldn't mess with!
Carly Rowena we need a good president, not some juiced up crossfit athlete
nic jones What?! Have you seen it?
This is quality entertainment. I love this soo much! Thank you.
what shorts is steve cook wearing?
@Barbara Von Traumer found em
this is still one of the best videos
Bodybuilding look good for only days and cf look good all year? Bruh common!
This is when I got into CrossFit best vid ever now Jake hutten works with both Steve and brooke
nice I didn't expect Steve cook to be that strong
+EmanDid High school and college football for 8 years. He was a strength trainer before bodybuilding,
+EmanDid He was a true bodybuilder before physique. The man is a beast!
+senorgato70 Thats why I love Steve above the rest. He is an actual athlete. I feel like most normal guys and girls with muscle are more in shape because they most likely play a sport for fun. So many of the people I follow on RUclips look great but also look like they would gas out in a hearbeat
YorkeMaster Steve a football player first, bodybuilder next, and now a functional athlete. Definitely agree, a true athlete, the real deal.
caroline girolamo Girl, you’re like 10... there’s no way that you actually know about steroids
This is really amazing
Feels like family background
Waooooo
9:35 is where the controversy starts
Complete bullshit statement
Now this just looks fun! It looks like a blast compared to my boring workouts. I want to get into crossfit now.
Crossfit athletes looking stage ready yaer round.
mmm wat?
+Siim Land says a pathetic looking beta male who doesnt even lift lol
+KillNamniaR but where's your profile pic? Lol
+KillNamniaR I apologize, i had no idea you were so emotional
cuban52 i cri evrtm m8
daaaamn! i miss crossfit so mucho! hope I'll get to do some of that time of training this quarter :)
steroid is
allowed here too? :/
great collab Steve with elite Crossfit athletes. more videos..
Steve... Why are you talking shit on bodybuilding 😩.
Description should read "Steve Cook is a professional physique competitor. Brooke Ence is a CrossFit Games athlete, who could enter a physique contest tomorrow and win"
@1:15 "...getting the technique down." Since when do crossfitters use proper technique?
they need to do this again
Family? I have never paid $100 plus/month to hang with family.
Brook you need too do more clans like this. I'm thinking of doing cross fit. I am a bodybuilder and would live too try it.
