    this is the wrong way the right way is always wear your race boots to check the position not a pair of trainers

      Im pretty the guy who has been doing this all his life PROFESSIONALLY knows what he is doing far more then you do. Lets not forget the main reason the video was made its a demo video showing people what are the correct angle for the legs etc etc.
