Watching this video - a time well spent. Reading the manual - as if I was trying to read in Japanese, while not having a clue about the Japanese language. They should really improve the manual. Example: on p.4 they start explaining how to set the home city, time and date using an abbreviation for the watch's buttons. On p.8 they actually tell actually show you a diagram which button is abbreviated in what way.
Lovely video and a big thank you for your help, sir. My gal just got me this watch as a birthday present and we are both really excited to watch it work. :D

I think I read somewhere in the manual that calendar system is already preprogrammed in the watch system. So all you had to do is simply set your date and it will automatically adjust the day pointer according to the preprogrammed calendar.
