I made the mistake of setting the sub dial and hands to the current time rather than Sunday and 12 but I worked it out 😊

Seriously overly complicated watch.
This is true asf. When I tried to change the time and things, I was devastated. It's still unclear to me whether that watch was perfect or not.

Try to do the hands alignment step again, adjust the hands so they are pointing at the zero position (00:00)

Good day, we can select cities within the same time zone.
Kenya is GMT +3, you can use MOW (Moscow) or JED (Jeddah) which are also GMT +3.

Hi, when in the adjust mode, the analog hands will move out of the digital display and sub dial.
It will then return/point the set time after exits from the adjust mode.

when i click the button adjust once after setting the sub and also the analog why its not working? it makes the analog and day different, please advise
Did you set the sub and analog hands to the current day and time?
If so, then that's why. Follow the steps to align the sub and analog to zero.
I wish I never bought this watch too complicated. The digital time and the minute and hour hand is right. When I press the adjust the go to sub it’s change the day to Friday but it’s Wednesday 🙁🙁🙁 I tried changing but then it changes everything else frustrating
When I use the function that let's you move the hands away from the digital display either manually (Light + Mode) or while in the "Adjust" menu, the minute hand, while moving, shakes or vibrates amd makes an unnoticeable sound while it's moving. It doesn't tend to be all that noticeable while it's moving away, which tends to make it move faster. It's most noticeable while reverting into the position where it tells the time, which is when it moves more slowly. So it doesn't feel like it's sweeping smoothly, but kind of shaking/vibrating fast as it moves to or back into position.
So, does anyone know if this is a normal thing on G-Shocks, or is it a potential fault with my watch that can cause damage?
I can't give a definitive answer for all G-Shock Anadigi models, but both my GA2100 and GA700 exhibit the same behavior. The minute hand appears slightly wobbly when moving counterclockwise. This may be an intentional design choice by Casio to slow down the backward movement, possibly to prevent gear damage.
As a point of comparison, for analog watches with a date window, and especially mechanical/automatic ones, it is advisable not to adjust the hands counterclockwise. Some experts even prohibit this practice.
Do I set the DST button to on if my area observes DST but currently it's winter time ?

Hey, how can you set the day of the week? I don't know how it works. On my watch, the day of the week hand doesn't point to any day. Is there a process for setting this or does the day of the week hand set itself after a certain time?
Try to follow the hand alignment step, and during the alignment, set the dial to point Sunday.
After that, when the watch returns to timekeeping mode, it should point to the correct day.

Try press the mode button to cycle through the mode. If it's still not showing, could be empty battery

The day of the week usually also depends on the year setting, make sure it's the correct year.
And for the city, you can use another that is on the same UTC+8 : Singapore (SIN) or Hongkong (HKG)

one more thing for the day of the week sub dial, if it's not aligned properly, try the "hand alignment" as in the video
Mine the backlight is not working. And the small bright light is dimmed. What is wrong? Already did change the battery

It shows cities, and the US gets many to select from in this watch, like DEN, CHI, NYX, and so on. If the city is not available, the user can choose another city with the same time zone / UTC offset.

If so, from timekeeping mode, press and hold the ADJUST button, then press the MODE button repeatedly until the DST indicator flashes (on the small digital display), then press the START button to turn it on or off.
(Also make sure the city setting is correct or in the same time zone and DST settings)

Try adjust the digital time, adding 12 hours

I'm not sure if this is the one you need, but there's a feature on the module of Casio digital watches that is named AC Reset, which is usually done after changing battery.
Sounds like the watch is in the "world time" mode. Press the mode button several times until it enters the timekeeping mode, then start the adjustment steps.

Sounds like the battery is out. Try to change it, if that doesn't work, contact the dealer to check/repair:)

Analog nd digital time are not same
Try the "hands alignment" steps, and make sure the hands are pointing zero (00:00) during the alignment. Hope this will helps :)

The analog clock is automatically synced with the digital clock, we only need to align as in this video :)
but after setup the degital time and setup my analog on exact time then i click kt adjust button to finish then it makes my analog time setting wrong but the digital time is still correct

Hi. Did you align the hands to the correct time, or to 00:00 ? For this watch, it should be aligned to 00:00 :)
I just figured it out. You have set the date exactly to Sunday and the time exactly to 12 and then hit adjust. It automatically changed to correct time for whatever time zone you're in 👍🏽
