Very nice vid mate :) I have a problem with my CL500 C216 from 2009. They don´t have a Backup Battery anymore, but the scan tool sais: Dr side SAM- Driver acquisition signal/Backup Battery missing or faulty". Do you maybe know what it could be?
To unscrew the Sam from its spot have some sequence? How many screws are?

Can I unplug the battery to like reset it by chance? The water got a little into the headlight but no where near the sam module, any help is greatly appreciated 🙏

AFTER CONTACTING THE KEY THE YELLOW FUSE NUMBER 7 DIRECTLY BURNED OUT
PLEASE THE ROLE OF YELLOW FUSE NUMBER 7
I CHANGED ALL
BATTERIES
SAT BEFORE
ALL GRAY AND BLACK RELAYS
FOR INFORMATION MY VEHICLES FLOODED DUE TO RAIN

When replacing front SAM on SL55 which has two batteries, do you disconnect BOTH batteries? Mike
You can do it without disconnecting it either, but for safety reasons and to avoid issues we recommend disconnecting both.

Hello I have an issue where my car loses power to the dash windows sunroof and I think light .. p0600 serial communication link error pull the car over turn car off take key out reinsert and everything works It has done this twice when driving car still drives and shifts fine i I have a mbii scanner and I found a code but having problem Finding which module is the culprit, in this case does serial mean all all relays and fuses related to that module ?

@@cu2tonite well honestly no could not find anyone to help me either ...but had it at one shop the guy says it was the ignition module that goes to the ECM that it needs a new one and ECM 🤔well since that time the only thing I've done is a new battery an agm battery because of a driver's seat memory module ..it has done it once since the I inquired on the channel
What I'd do is check every sam module and plug for corrosion that is related to the ignition system and dash board check your actual battery voltage unplugged from the car and last but not least if you have an decent diagnostic scanner read the codes if you have any for EIS that's where you start from I never found any one whom has directly delt with this problem but I think it's voltage related

Hello yes I'm still trying to figure it out truck has only couple issues left tail gate still the same three codes that I mentioned before i don't know how to test the the sam or how to check power coming out of Sam to the module .. it will also give code for high mounted stop lamp .. it works however .... So I'm still sitting

The technician told me its the front aam module on w205 the car wont start is that common? He said its not send anything to the front to start the engine

@@YOUCANIC es que un cliente cambio ese módulo porque tenía problemas de encendido y lo hizo el mismo y el compro otro módulo Sam y se lo puso pero resulta que no da marcha el carro ,el enciende todo el panel de instrumentos,pero no da Star
