This is a medley of the fastest American (USA) thrash metal bands that were suggested on my community page.

killing is my business is one of the best megadeth albums and easily the thrashiest one

Never understood what was going on in that Older than Time Itself riff. I don't know how you figured that out, it's so messy on the record
I thought the same thing. Dark Angel records always had terrible production value. Just like Possessed Seven Churches. That album could have been in more rotations if they cancelled all that sludge in their recording.
Killing Is My Business takes the cake 🎂

@@spiritinblack370 in my opinion from that album theres a way better pick called " the skull beneath skin" one of the most raw thrash riffs of all time. Listen to it youl know it when ya hear it

Disappointed not to see Overkill, Nuclear Assault, Testament, or Exodus on this list.
Exodus is so underrated, they’re on my top 4 thrashers list instead of anthrax
Death had some fast riffs in its catalog.

Early Megadeth: best of both worlds. Fast, ripping, melodic and groovy. None of the Thrash bands had that, at the time.

Right on! You picked the best part of Skeleton in the Closet to riff on. Great selections all around! I had a fuk'n cheap Peavey Bandit-112 back in 1992 but I would scoop the mids into non-existence and dial in a total static tone and riff along to Stormtroopers of Death until my palm-muting hand became like beef jerkey, thinking I was on top of the world! Time to dip a lip of Odens snus! Cheers!
That Vektor riff is one of my all time favourites. The main riff to Tetrastructural Minds that is.

Pulled off those Dark Angel riffs like a boss🔥
Only one I can think of off the top of my head right now that was egregiously omitted was Testament.
I think it lacked death angel
Devastation as well
Havok and Warbringer too

Testament are so underated, the legacy is one of the greatest thrash albums easily.
