100% never talk to the police no matter what
It's best to be polite, assert your 5th amendment rights, and discuss things only with your attorney. Innocent people will often give information that can be used to build a case against them. Some police may just not like you based on an impression and work to steer you toward incriminating statements.

The box torture spread over weeks would sure be a torture to be reckoned with. The Bush administration hired legal staff to try and rewrite the definitions of torture so they could waterboard and such while defining it as "enhanced interrogation" and not torture. Just legal word games though; Orwellian speak.
What makes it worse is they had a secret judge you do it. So even if someone were to actually look it up the changes would have been classified in which that case they wouldn't have known that the definition changed

@@johnotoole5786what are babbling about? There were many detainees at Guantanamo that were proven to be innocent of the charges against them. “Enhanced interrogation” (aka torture) actually makes it more dangerous for our service men and women abroad.

He talks like he is just so proud. Even though there are bad people out there, I cannot believe it justifies torture to illicit confessions. Once this is considered ok and sanctioned, where does it end? It's like a cannable who says he's civilized just because he uses a fork.

I've been interrogated by more law enforcement personnel than I can count, including FBI Agents, and NOT ONE of them EVER got me to crack. Period. This guy is so full of excrement that I can smell him through the speakers on my PC.
