We need more artists like these guys
This is why I LOVE the Goo Goo Dolls. They play awesome music and they nevered viewed themselves as rock stars. They play, write songs and just have a good time because that's what THEY want to do and for themselves. Not because society tells them to. Wish more bands would understand that. I especially liked what their manager said, "just keep your heads down and keep working".
they never viewed themselves as celebrities
Legendary band. I wish John didn't go through plastic surgery though, he didn't need it
I don't know the details of Johnny having plastic surgery but it sure looks it. He looks older now 🤔 I don't like it. I wish I could see a pic of his face before and after to see what looks better 🤨
John is hilarious. What a wonderful personality/human.
I’ve always felt like they are pure musicians-Like all the great musicians of the past. Music is what they do, celebrity is just something they have to suffer through.
“I said Hollywood can fall in the ocean man, ‘cause it’s the the ugliest place in the whole wide world.”
Song “On The Lies”
Lyrics by John Rezeznik
Album: Super Star Car Wash.
My opinion: Best song live along with “String of Lies.” Song written by George Tutuska, Robby Takac, and John Reznick. Both songs are tracks on Super Star Car Wash.
Robbie ended up being the more handsome one later. He has aged well. I wonder what procedures John had.
