    make sure the polarity on the plug is correct when i had mine put in and the fan ran in opposite direction and car ran hot till reversed

      Thats weird. They must have wired your new fan backwards. I could see that throwing a guy off for a while.

      Some fans are pushers and some are pullers. Have to make sure you get the correct orientation.
