      Height is determinate by u genetic bro But
      i u want avoid to harm to u growth try to eat vegetable do some sports and the most important thing i thinks have a good sleep +8Hours

      @@Mrfact-yi6db eat healthy, enough sleep, (8-9hrs) static stretches and plyometrics all help with height and strength
