Welcome to my channel! This is a music reaction channel. For the longest time, I've loved creating content on the internet. I started off with a gaming channel right here on RUclips, which eventually turned into a Twitch gaming channel, but as time has gone on I've evolved into doing other things on RUclips. For years now I've wanted to create a music channel on RUclips, and recently just figured "why not?", so it’s time to give this a go! Give me any suggestion you have for music reactions, and I will do my best to get around to them. As music has fallen further out of my life, I figured this would be a great time to get reintroduced to music.
If you enjoy this video and my reactions make sure you subscribe to the channel, like the video and comment down below which video you would like to see me react to next.
This is a reaction video used to educate and give my feedback on the song and artists.

I love EmmyLou! I’ve been listening to her for years and have seen her in concert. Her collaboration with Dolly Parton and Linda Ronstadt on “Trio” and “Trio II” is amazing. The harmony of the three of them is awesome. 👵🏼💜☮️

A lot of folks have done this song, and everyone that I've heard makes it a little bit their own. It's such a well-written song that it allows a singer to insert themselves inside and live it the way their dreams work. Willie Nelson and Merle Haggard also did an excellent version. I'm still looking forward to you reaching back with Emmylou, to her '78 album called Quarter Moon in a Ten Cent Town. It's got some really fun covers like Leavin' Louisiana in the Broad Daylight, and Two More Bottles of Wine.

Over the last few years, I have fallen completely in love with Emmylou Harris! A top 5 favorite album of mine is her "Cimarron" album! A song you should check out is her duet with Don Williams called "If I Needed You" which is also by Townes van Zandt (who wrote "Pancho and Lefty)!

Emmylou Harris' version of "Evangeline" with The Band inthe movie "The Last Waltz" is quite stunning. Emmylou has a stellar voice, and she is easy on the eyes too.

God I love her voice. So many good songs: I agree with suggestions like Leavin' Louisiana in the Broad Daylight, Two More Bottles of Wine, and (You Can Never Tell) C`est la Vie (a Chuck Berry song). She also did a beautiful versions of Dolly Parton's Coat of Many Colors and the Beatles song Here There and Everywhere.

Here's another one of her popular songs, if interested, "Emmylou Harris - (You Can Never Tell) C`est la Vie (Live)" This song was popular both in the English and Spanish speaking communities and got a lot of radio play as well. The song was from her 1977 album called "Luxury Liner" however, the song was written by Chuck Berry and was originally released in '64 on his album. So, her song was a copy of the legendary Chuck Berry's original.

A record producer told her she needed a "hot band" before he would sign her. So she went out and got one. This is the Hot Band with Rodney Crowell and Albert Lee and ames Burton and Glen Hardin, both of whom played with Elvis, and Ricky Skaggs.

Emmylou worked with Linda Ronstadt for many years. For me the 1999 Western Wall Tuscan Sessions album is their best work together and well worth a listen.

Lefty turned Pancho in, like in Pat Garret and Billie the Kid.. Watch the video with Willie Nelson, Merle Haggard, and Townes Van Zandt. Emmylou has a beautiful voice.

Thanks for reacting to this. This inspired Merle Haggard and Willie Nelson to cover it and assume the personas of this song. Her signature song is Boulder to Birmingham, about the death of Gram Parsons, her mentor.

This song actually came out in the late 50's or early 60's, I think. I can't remember who wrote it, but I know it was an older song. A lot of people has covered this song.

I'm a fairly new sub, but I think you've been sneaking a peek at my music files. You have done more of my favorite songs in just a few months than any other reactor. I love your choices, channel and reactions. I will be a sub a long, long time. Emmylou has the voice of an angel. Willie and Waylon heard her version and commented that "That's the way the song should be sung!" And so they did. Her version will always be my favorite. When you get the chance, please listen/react to "Boulder to Birmingham" (which she co-wrote) and "Tulsa Queen." Both are beautiful songs, sung with such feeling and purity. If you'd like to introduce a new duet to the channel and your subs, try "Gulf Coast Highway" by Emmylou and Willie Nelson. Thank you!

Hey Shawn, you. might want to check out Rita Coolidge. She was another great voice of the late 60s-70s. Check out her version of "Superstar" a song by Leon Russell, Delaney and Bonnie Bramlett (of Delany, Bonnnie, & Friends)--Eric Clapton was one of the 'Friends'. Also her version of "(Your Love Keeps Lifting Me) Higher and Higher."

Emmylou is the perfect person to interpret this song . Rarely, but occasionally covers can surpass the original.

"It would be like this" - Arnold Kopelson, Oscar winning producer, financier and founder of
Kopelson Entertainment, 2001 and board member, Disney, 1978 and Viacom, 1997.
For "Pancho & Lefty," Grammy Award winner Emmylou Harris has got the right touch
with this song. In fact, she has a lovely voice. For me, this 1977 version really hit closer
to home and today's audiences & fans would appreciated even more.

Lefty turned in Poncho for money, the song is saying they could have caught Poncho any day; it wasn’t Lefty they were saying they could have caught
