Use storm nades with jolt as vortex doesn't stack. Also If you go the song of flame route you wanna be using dragons breath or a tractor cannon (for your teammates).

Great damage in total but some minor things that could be improved maybe. Did you use reserve mods before rallying? I think that would bump it about to 28 grenades to a bit more damage there? I dont see any exotic weapon used here i think so would be worth to maybe include either witherhoard (could tag the boss before damage phase starts for example) or Izanagis.
You might be right about the reserves, but if Im not mistaken 24 would be max in the mag from envious so it wouldnt really matter as you wont have time to reload. I think there is possible to do more damage indeed. Witherhoard or izanagi might be good options
@@skrammy7253 Could be worth a try to try that rotation with star eater + necrotic and activating prismatic before the dps rotation for the 5% damage boost, some chunky prismatic grenades and buffed melee via artifact and on top of that that one fragment that reloads on supress/Freeze which likely should reload that last edge transit mag.
@@sebastianm4204 Yes that roll seems to be really good for damage. Unfortunately I dont have that roll yet. Also the prismatic grenades doesnt apply the weaken debuff, so Im not sure if the 5% dmg boost weighs up for it.
@@skrammy7253 Are you sure about the weakening part? I just tested it on a lost sector boss and threw only a prismatic greneade at it and got yellow numbers so that should be weakening and it kinda makes sense cause the grenade maybe counts at void and stasis for the fragments i think at least.
Use your prismatic then melee nova then throw nades. The prismatic nade is way stronger than regular vortex. Also weakens so you can use lightning nades and still get jolt weaken cause of prismatic. Really good way to play having options is why i like prismatic.

You might want to be using getaway artist before damage phase 3. A storm grenade just does bigger damage than a vortex Correct me if Im wrong tho
@@sebastianm4204 You wouldn't have them because you were using getaway in the first place, i guess? You can swap and then start stacking like a minute before the damage phase or just dont use Getaway artist at all if that seems excessive.
Apotheosis isnt doing a lot here, vortex nades dont stack and unbuffed grenades are pretty weak compared to just shooting your heavy so youre actually giving up dps. Maybe some rotation with demo or a niche interaction like Euphony would make it worthwhile.
Theres barely any other first column options, and the vortex nades are clearly for buffing weapon damage. Unravel + weaken is a whole tractor debuff with the seasonal mod and the fragment. I agree with something like still hunt apex being better here or cascade edge/still hunt with bleak reloads but still.
Yeah the dps when im throwing grenades spam is not the greatest, but im able to shoot all my heavy anyway so more total damage needs to come from special I guess

Song of flame is better overall damage but not better DPS than a straight nova that can deal 1mill with the right buffs and debuffs. It would have to be a longer damage phase to fully get the damage off from song of flame and your heavy

Vortex nades DoT part do not stack, only one can hit at the same time, throwing multiple vortex is just losing damage for no reason.
