RE: The foamy cleanser "dupe," despite the Tik-Tok-ker saying it removed her makeup, she appeared to still have a full face of makeup after "cleansing," with the foam, so I'm not surprised it did not remove your tinted sunscreen. Thanks for taking one for the team, James. I thought the young lady recommending/advertising the Kiehl's Rare Earth Deep Pore Minimizing Cleansing Clay Mask was using a filter, too. I'm not as clever as you about these things, but filter or no, the video was shot such that I couldn't get a look at her skin. I think it made you look a little pinker (i.e. it aroused your rosacea a skosh). Thank you for reviewing the House of Dohwa sunscreen. Since the young Black woman used it without white cast, I was ready to try it (I'm pasty white, but the white cast hounds me), but once you mentioned the perfume, I knew I should avoid. I have sub-clinical rosacea and eczema, and while I'm sure not every fragrance will upset my skin, it's not worth it to me to fool around with heavily perfumed products. Sunscreen is my nemesis. I know I need it, but a lot of it breaks me out. I seem to need to stick with mineral sunscreens, but they irritate me too (just less and differently -- they don't give me deep cysts, but will break me out, and they do make me red). I thought both you and the young woman on TikTok looked better on your E.L.F. Suntouchable! Whoa Glow SPF 30 side, and once you mentioned revisited the smell, of the Dohwa it gave me second thoughts. I have really been loving ELF. It's affordable quality, I tell you what. Thanks for all your help, @JamesWelsh. You and @RobertWelsh are pretty much the only "influencers" I trust these days. (For some reason, my tagging you didn't work. I hope you see this.)
sunscreen breaks me out too! It's very frustrating living in the country I do, where it's an absolute must. I still haven't found a sunscreen that I 100% agree with yet.
Omg another person who needs sunscreen but can’t wear it without problems! I manage to get an allergic reaction every time I wear a new sunscreen maybe 3 times - by the third time I start to get itchy, and the fourth gets worse, etc. all different sunscreens, different brands, I have no idea why
@@roguecodes I cannot wear makeup with sunscreen in it. I get cysts every time. I'm too white to even pretend I can forego it. I save it for when I'm going to the beach, or am otherwise spending the day outdoors. I also wear hats, watch what time I'm going out, and (despite what most of skincare media says), I do not wear it inside my house. The disruption is too much for me.
I honestly hate ELF tbh nothing I've used from them has been good quality I think maybelline and other drugstore brands do it way better and are affordable too tho idk about their sunscreens or if they even have one.
Lol 😂i just had a flashback to my kids "making potions" with the foaming soap 😂 much cheaper than using my shaving cream and more expensive concoctions 😂
I used to do that. My mom never said anything about it, maybe she just thought we used a lot of those products? Definitely would've gotten so much trouble if she'd caught me
the thing i don't get about the glowy supergoop or the elf sunscreen is that it kinda prevents you from being able to put on the recommended amount of sunscreen. i've used both products and the tint plus the amount of glow is just WAY too much when i use the recommended amount. i've started to apply normal sunscreen and then just adding a lil glowy sunscreen where i want to glow, just so i can use up the product.
I 💜💜💜 Supergoop. They do have the matte sunscreen. I can say that I probably don't use the recommended amount of my face, however I haven't burned (which I don't at all when using Supergoop all over my body) or much of a tan if I forget to reapply. I'll use the Glowscreen first then usually the Unseen to reapply.
A good supergoop dupe for around $11 for 3oz is the Kroger brand invisible gel sunscreen. The ingredients are almost the same and it is indeed invisible. It has a bit of a chemical smell for about 20 seconds, and feels a little more oily but dries down quick. I had my doubts about it but will be rebuying it.
trader joes also has an invisible sunscreen and works literally identical to supergoop, if not slightly more oily.(plus elf has a truly invisible one thats more of a matte finish, but its very new and hard to find)
@@soloheroina oh I will look out for that elf one, I had only seen the glowy one and do not want to blind people in the sun. Good to hear about the trader joe one, I originally wanted to try that one but couldn't get it online without a huge markup and am 200 miles from the store.
So, the kids foam that the gal was using, she wiped her face with a MAKEUP ERASER CLOTH!!!! Of course her makeup came off. OMG. Those are a bit rough (I have sensitive skin) but they do work with water to take off makeup, then you cleanse. I usually use a makeup remover cloth with my favorite cleansing balm.
Elf is bomb for about anything. I am enjoying their squalane gel moisturizer and makeup remover. Thank you James for your informative content! It helps me to sort the barrage of TikTok products into what's useful and what can get in the bin. 🥰🥰
Both the Supergoop Glowscreen and Elf Whoa Glow made me look like a golden Tin Man. They almost looked more metallic orange than yellow on me. For reference I have light-ish Indian skin. I wouldn’t go out in public with just these without makeup. There are other tinted SPFs that work so much better for me (like DRMTLGY, Live Tinted, and Cotz).
I used that clay mask when I was pregnant and felt it was so basic. I was happy to be able to return to my favourite clay mask by Innisfree Which has aha added to it.
I tried that Kiehls's mask and it made my skin burn. I thought maybe it had menthol in it but it's not listed in the ingredients. That type of foaming soap is really fun for sensory activities with kids. I've used it with small wooden or foam blocks so that the kids can use it like mortar and stick the blocks together with it.
I used to use the Kiehl's clay mask - it genuinely is a lovely product where it doesn't actually dry you out like some other clay masks do. However in this day and age there are also plenty of more affordable clay masks that would also do the same and leave the skin not stripped
James, I just want to say thank you so much for having both such high quality videos and for not using any deceptive filters. Thank you for not hiding behind filters and being so honest with us.
I have the other elf sunscreen, invisible spf 30 and its great if you've got oily - normal skin bc it dries down matte and velvety. Personally i have huge sensory issues with sunscreen and how thick and heavy it is, and this one didn't set me off
Happy Wednesday, James! I’m not ashamed to admit that when I saw the thumbnail for this video I immediately thought cotton candy had become a new trend (y’all, I can’t be the only one). I agree the TikTok ads are getting a it over the top. I usually skip the ones where the poster has that sing-songy voice or the inflection that sounds like they’re always asking a question. Also, I can relate to the scent sensitivity because there is very little worse than having an overpowering scent follow you all day. When I buy fragrance, I try to stay clear of tuber rose as it is a scent that just makes me want to start the day all over again. Have an awesome week! 💖💜💖💜💖💜💖💜
Try the Carbonated Bubble Clay Mask from the affordable Korean brand Elizavecca. It goes on like pudding and puffs up to a foam. I like all products from their Milky Piggy line.
I love love love the elf tinted sunscreen! I prefer it over almost any face sunscreen I’ve tried and I prefer wearing it over actual foundation. Plus it’s easy to get and affordable 🥰
I just got some for myself and have tried it twice. Both times I have had a piling effect. I am trying to figure out what else in my routine could be clashing with it and what I need to change up or the order in which to rearrange…
I'm lightest color in every foundation pale and elf works for me. Elta MD's tinted sunscreen is my favorite, but elfs is great for when I can't get to the derm
Late but, wanted to say a big THANK YOU for mentioning the fragrance of the sunscreens. I have a fragrance sensitivity so stuff that is heavily perfumed makes me so sick. I can’t even stand scented candles 90% of the time, can’t wear anything but the subtlest of perfumes, I can’t even be around other people with heavy perfume! I was interested in the Korean sunscreen but I’m so glad you saved me (and my wallet) from it.
I use the Naturium SPF moisturizer, and i love it except for swimming. I go swimming in salt water, and every time the salt water mixes with my SPF, my eyes burn *for so long* basically until im totally dry. So theyll burn the whole time im swimming, it sucks but i really like that SPF😂 I used to use the Black Girl Sunscreen in the moisturizing one, but after over a year of using it, it started making my skin oily, which is suuuuper crazy for me. I have eczema and very dry skin and i have my whole life, so it kinda threw me off and none of my products are made for oily skin so i stopped using it. I really like the Naturium one, i just wish it didnt burn so bad in salt water🤷♀️
i just wanted to tell you something. i saw your profile pic a long time ago and wrote you off as being superficial and full of yourself. i then one day gave a video a chance, and boy was i wrong. you come across as so nice, so humble, such good company and just someone i'm always down for watching. i am now subscribed and i'm so happy i clicked on that video that one day.
I have sensitive skin, that easily burms, i moved to Korea the land of sun and i was recommended RoundRound Green tea cica sun lotion. Its factor 50+ The smell is not strong. It leaves no white marks soaks into your skin and leaves it looking fresh and dewy. If you get the chance to try it do so. They also make a moisturusing foam cleanser. 100% recommend for sensitive skin.
The Kiehl's clay mask is the only one of its kind that I can actually use, but it also does sting sometimes for me too! Still can't figure out why, but I still use it because I get great results from it.
I wasn’t surprised that you liked the elf product. I love high end skincare and makeup but I generally always enjoy elf products. The price is great and usually find quality there as well.
i loooove the whoa glow, i’m on my second bottle! i am the palest ever and i can still use the product and it looks awesome under my makeup. i use it every work day as my sunscreen/primer
I’m in my 50’s, thirsty skin…have been trying out the ELF primer with sunscreen. I don’t like scent in products bc of headaches but once I put some foundation over the ELF the smell dissipates. Something in my routine has been drying my face out more but haven’t pinpointed it yet. Also, I’m a big kid…when the girl was spraying the first foam it looked like a wang😂
@@JamesWelsh Quite possible. As soon as I find a different sunscreen I’m going to switch. I really don’t get much primer effect and the luminosity gets covered by my foundation. Wang Foam sounds like a good name for a band😆
Very interesting! Especially the ELF sunscreen. I might have to check that out. A lot of skin care things on TikTok only seem to be visually pleasing - that it looks spectacular in some way. But I guess it is all about the clicks.
I have to admit I got a free sample of the elf suncream with some makeup I ordered, and it made my skin look SO beautiful ! I love it. Especially with the Halo Glow tint stuff that also has that sheeny glow… it’s like I have super healthy, summery shimmery (but not glittery!) skin. And it works great under my makeup. Elf is yet to give me anything I have fully disliked! The gel eye pencils could be brighter, but they are lovely for the waterline. I feel similarly about Nyx too. If they did a collab set I would be all over that lol.
Thank you so much for your videos! You Welsh boys are the best part of my day! I can’t remember which video it was where Robert was looking for a “driving” sunscreen (I tend to binge watch a lot at a time) but I love my Aveeno SPF 50 Protect & Hydrate sunscreen. Too bad that rice barn one was so heavily scented. I don’t mind a little bit of scent but not so much it gives you a headache. And I was holding my breath till you got to the Kiehl’s product because I have a bit of a collection of their stuff. 😂
I really wanted to love it but I put the recommended amount on and it was so greasy, there's no way I could have put makeup over it. When I went to remove it in the evening it was still as shiny and greasy as when I first put it on. I'll have to use it up when I'm gardening and not going out anywhere!
I don't have oily skin so idk how much you'd like it but I use the Aveeno spf 50 sunscreen. It's a bit greasy but dries down well on my face, and has no white cast, even for darker skin. It also works as a makeup primer because it has a smooth texture.
I can't believe I'm hearing about Kiehl's Rare Earth again. I bought the rare earth "daily" scrub because of a blogger years ago. I only like it on days I need to scrub away dry flaky skin patches and dry sebum plugs on my nose. I won't be repurchasing though.
I've been using the E.L.F. sunscreen since it came out and I love it! I can still tell that I have something on because of how pale I am, but it doesn't irritate my skin.
I really like Glow Screen/Elf one with a bit of powder on top for summer. The Glow Screen comes in 4 shades/tints now but I don't think they are in UK yet. (Sorry I'm late I'm ill!)
@@ktPeach I have the same problem. I can't give an exact recommendation, but I've learned a few tricks through trial and error. The stick sunscreens meant for kids work best around the eyes. They look like mini deodorants. They're thicker so they don't run as easily, and are usually a mineral sunscreen, so they don't burn as much if they do happen to run. After you put on the sunscreen around your eyes, set it with A LOT of powder. Could be setting powder, powder eyeshadow, powder foundation, etc. Whatever powder makeup you own that you know will last. If your sunscreen happens to run a little, the powder will help keep it dry for far longer. Mineral sunscreens burn less than chemical sunscreens. At least this is the case for the sunscreens available in the US. I hear other countries have other active ingredients available, but I've never had the chance to try them. And whatever you do, don't rub your eyes, especially if the sunscreen is stinging them. It will only make it worse. If possible, it's best to wash your face and reapply instead. Sorry I can't give more advice, but I hope this helps a little
@@ktPeach I usually get a little watering but nothing like this one, my eyes hurt so bad and it was fully like I was crying. I have found I’m ok with the la Roche one, I forget the name but the tinted one. But I HAVE to use a face one, the ones for the whole body are a nightmare past my neck
I cannot get behind that Elf sunscreen -- I have yet to find a sunscreen with a tint that I like. BUT I saw yesterday that they now have also have a sunscreen that is not tinted, so I will try that one when my current sunscreen (Milani SPF BFF) is out.
I use the elf suntouchable sunscreen for everyday use. I’m super pale to the point that many of the lightest shades in foundations are too dark for my skin. The elf suntouchable gives my skin light coverage good hydration. I recommend for anyone to try it!
I have the rare earth mask, and I do like it a lot: I do agree, it does not give completely poreless look, but I kinda use it with a toner or a niacinamide sleeping mask underneath as a treatment
I hated the e.l.f sunscreen, it pilled so bad on me :( for another drugstore product that I loved though, the new eucerin foaming hydrating cleanser, im shook with like 3-4 pumps it takes ALL of your make up off! Would love to see you review it!

Cool! Definitely going to look for that elf sunscreen! I'm in Canada and I recently went to some Asian beauty stores looking for the recommended Korean sunscreens. Apparently (according to the people who work in these stores) undercover gov't representatives have gone through and told them they cannot sell Asian sunscreens anymore... which is funny because all the sunscreens I'm seeing on the shelves suck and contain avobenzene which I'm not keen on either.
Canada has very strict sunscreen laws. They have to go through rigorous approval processes- so we get way less of the sunscreens in Canada than other places. I’ve been looking for the elf one for months now

i have sensory issues as well as a potential mild allergy to some fragrances so its hard for me to find a fragrance that doesn't bother me. I pretty much have to stick with mild and natural scents, i cant stand perfume-y stuff
I wear the elf whoa glow underneath my makeup all the time, and whenever I’m at work (at ulta) everyone asks me what foundation I use because it looks so nice. I don’t like using it on its own though. Haha
I'm slightly obsessed with the Supergoop Glowscreen, but I'm also able to use healthcare funds to pay for it, so I don't mind the price. I love how extra dewy it makes my skin look because my skin is soooo dry, but if I had to pay out of pocket for it, I wouldn't use it at all. (I mean, I do have to pay for it because it's still my money, but because I can set aside a certain amount of money from my paycheck for healthcare costs, it kind of feels like "free" money... even though it definitely isn't 😂)
@@river8760 It's not covered by insurance, but it's available to purchase if you have a flexible spending account or a health savings account.
I honestly hate ELF tbh nothing I've used from them has been good quality I think maybelline and other drugstore brands do it way better and are affordable too tho idk about their sunscreens or if they even have one.
god I have the same thing with sunscreens, it's driving me mental
Kroger also has a dupe for the glow one. I love it under my makeup.
The foam soap seems more trouble than it’s worth
Honestly such a mess 😂 would be great in a bathtub for kids though!
Hah exactly. I get them for my 7yr old. They’re just as messy in the bath, especially with a kid spraying them everywhere
It looks so unpleasant.
Honest, quick to the point, not overly selling things❤️
Thanks! 💜
That young woman with the sunscreen shows up on my YT shorts, too. She looks like a good person to follow for Black skincare and makeup concerns.
I've never seen someone's skin so clear in a video than yours in this one. It's like as if I'm sitting right in front of you.
Elf is bomb for about anything. I am enjoying their squalane gel moisturizer and makeup remover.
Thank you James for your informative content! It helps me to sort the barrage of TikTok products into what's useful and what can get in the bin. 🥰🥰
I'm so excited about their new fragrance free line!
Ahhhh that’s a very good description of the finish! Haha! I don’t know if it’s because of my skin tone but the elf one doesn’t look as yellow!
I'm so glad I saw your comment, I have med/tan SE Asian skin and I definitely don't want that!
Can’t use it all over face too glory. Tin Man spot on description. Do use it as a highlighter on cheeks
I’m pale as hell and it works well on me (Supergoop) 😂 but I hate the price of it.
The Body Shop made an over-night face mask with so much perfume in it I had to wash it off within like 5 minutes, and change my sheets. It was awful.
I used that clay mask when I was pregnant and felt it was so basic. I was happy to be able to return to my favourite clay mask by Innisfree Which has aha added to it.
Did you need to avoid it due to ingredients?
I was super confused with the first tiktok...she said it cleansed her face well, but she had tons of mascara on her eyes still 😂
I tried that Kiehls's mask and it made my skin burn.
I would have loved the foam soap when I was little, seems like it’d be a lot of fun to play with as a kid.
Personally i have huge sensory issues with sunscreen and how thick and heavy it is, and this one didn't set me off
i have that one too and i immediately made my friends get one each for themselves. its not easy to find around here
What's the name? I have the same issue and I'm struggling with some revolution one I got free. I'm going to use it up though 😂
@@pinkbubblesnake I think my comment was deleted but it's called the "suntouchable elf invisible suncreen SPF 30"
Haha omg I used to love that stuuuuuf!
I use that product its so good
I never understand how people and brands get away with saying “i have no pores, I’m poreless, look - no pores” but that’s clearly a lie 🤔
When you had the pink foam all over your face and were trying not to move it, you did an excellent Marcus impersonation. Sounded just like him! lol
Omg I actually hear it 😂😂
I love love love the elf tinted sunscreen! I prefer it over almost any face sunscreen I’ve tried and I prefer wearing it over actual foundation. Plus it’s easy to get and affordable 🥰
I use it as a primer!
I really hope they make a mineral sunscreen version of the elf! I just can't do the chemical ones, they make my rosacea too painful
crazy soap is a way to make cleaning yourself fun for kids and its been around for decades! im 26 and used it when i was a kid, loved it loads
I really appreciate you talking about the fragrance in skincare since I now get headaches from too strongly scented skincare.
The Kiehl's clay mask is the only one of its kind that I can actually use, but it also does sting sometimes for me too! Still can't figure out why, but I still use it because I get great results from it.
I want to try the elf sunscreen! Seems like a better version of the glowscreen for oily skin
We have that foam panda thing at home and it makes my skin dry and rubbery 😂 But it IS fun to play with.
I wasn’t surprised that you liked the elf product. I love high end skincare and makeup but I generally always enjoy elf products. The price is great and usually find quality there as well.
I love this new lighting setup! Everything looks fantastic! ❤🎉
i loooove the whoa glow, i’m on my second bottle! i am the palest ever and i can still use the product and it looks awesome under my makeup. i use it every work day as my sunscreen/primer
oh and it doesn’t burn the crap out of my eyes like some other sunscreens!
LOOOOL! Wang foam. Do you think it could be the sunscreen? Ingredients used for the tint could be drying you out a little?!
@@JamesWelsh Quite possible. As soon as I find a different sunscreen I’m going to switch. I really don’t get much primer effect and the luminosity gets covered by my foundation.
Wang Foam sounds like a good name for a band😆
Thank you for seeing it, too 😅
Very interesting! Especially the ELF sunscreen. I might have to check that out. A lot of skin care things on TikTok only seem to be visually pleasing - that it looks spectacular in some way. But I guess it is all about the clicks.
The elf sunscreen is really good!
Ahhh haha I used to lone Keihls!!!! Ohhh I e never tried aveeno sunscreen!
I was just in the middle binging your older content, what perfect timing for a new video! 🤩🥰
Oh man there used to be this mousse foam loreal cleanser that l used to love. I was so sad when they stopped making it!
I love the Kiehl's avocado eye cream, super hydrating. It's expensive but worth every dollar.
The elf one wasn't it for my skin tone. I found it too shimmery and hard to blend in.
I really wanted to love it but I put the recommended amount on and it was so greasy, there's no way I could have put makeup over it. When I went to remove it in the evening it was still as shiny and greasy as when I first put it on. I'll have to use it up when I'm gardening and not going out anywhere!
Thanks for sharing, because I was really thinking about getting it.
I haven’t watched the video but try the elf invisible sunscreen. That has no white case and dries down matte so it’s good for oily skin
@@curlytalks25 Thanks for suggesting. I posted a video about it 2 days ago you should check it out 🙂
I don't have oily skin so idk how much you'd like it but I use the Aveeno spf 50 sunscreen. It's a bit greasy but dries down well on my face, and has no white cast, even for darker skin. It also works as a makeup primer because it has a smooth texture.
No matter what kind of ad tries to lure me into buying skin care stuff, I need our James' affirmation first.....
I can't believe I'm hearing about Kiehl's Rare Earth again. I bought the rare earth "daily" scrub because of a blogger years ago. I only like it on days I need to scrub away dry flaky skin patches and dry sebum plugs on my nose. I won't be repurchasing though.
The honesty is always greatly appreciated and has really helped me find skincare that works for me! 👏👏👏
ooh i remember as a kid i got to play with that foam in the bubble bath once, it was awesome! it feels crazy to unlock this memory after so long lol
I wish I had it as a kid! I just had foam letters 😂
Hope you are feeling okay!!! Oh I didn’t know that! This is the only shade I saw but luckily it seems to suit me! 😮💨
@@JamesWelsh aww thanks
I wanted to like the Elf sunscreen so much, but I’ve never had anything make my eyes water as much as that did.
Omg I have never found a sunscreen that doesn’t make my eyes water throughout the day. Do you have a recommendation?!
I recommend for anyone to try it!
love how relaxing your voice is
loving the little background staging changes as well
I have the rare earth mask, and I do like it a lot: I do agree, it does not give completely poreless look, but I kinda use it with a toner or a niacinamide sleeping mask underneath as a treatment
I hated the e.l.f sunscreen, it pilled so bad on me :( for another drugstore product that I loved though, the new eucerin foaming hydrating cleanser, im shook with like 3-4 pumps it takes ALL of your make up off! Would love to see you review it!
Same--the e.l.f. pilled horribly for me and did not work under makeup at all. I ended up returning it.
I love eucerin! I don’t know why but I’m always shocked by how much I like their products but I’ve never hated any of their products!
Thanks for reviewing the E.L.F. Sunscreen. Since you did, I tried the non tint one and love it. I would never have considered a daily sunscreen until your videos! I’m new to all of this and love your honesty! Thank you so much!!
I’ve been looking for the elf one for months now
I tried the Whoa Glow sunscreen and it broke me out sooo bad, I really liked it too :(
Etude House Soon Jung line has a foam cleanser, £10 lol 👍🏻
I dont have tiktok since you see the videos everywhere anyway, and ive reached the point where i just scroll pass product reviews. Chile im tired
Literally reposted all over Instagram!
@@JamesWelsh and youtube
James i really enjoy your vídeos and your opinion about skincare is the only one that matters to me.
Thank you so much 🥹
Like I cannot focus on anything but your beautiful skin😍
I would never guessed you had a tinted sunscreen on, the shade fits you so well, in my opinion. What sunscreen was it?
It’s undefined beauty r&r sunscreen! It’s so good!
I like doves foaming soaps for kids if you want foamy and gentle cleanser
You mentioned the Rosen spot treating stuff in another video and I just thought I'd say that that was a product I bought on your recommendation and am so glad I did! It is great! (I buy it at Ulta in case anyone wants to know where to get it). These videos are so entertaining and also helpful to cut through all of the ad garbage we're all bombarded with. Thanks for another great one!
I use the Ph. Hubby Sun Cream which is another Korean brand its pretty much fragrance free but the formula is similar to the House of Dohwa one - it's amazing!
The lighting is immaculate in this video ❤️
The foam cleanser just seems hard to use. Like the thing that makes it unique is also its worst feature!
That Kiehl's mask is the GOAT, though.
"It works so well" she says, with all of her eye makeup and lipstick still on
I am loving your new background and Logo, I am❤ It's chic 3D, the color is so soothing. Love ❤️ Love ❤️ Love ❤️
I have to say this - your skin looks totally flawless lately! (I mean, it always looked great, but now it's just perfect!)
Just have to ask if this is the new lighting situation, because it looks incredible. Your skin is glowing and it's making your cheekbones pop like crazy!
promoting surconsommation, misinformation and dangerous behaviour? Yeah sounds like Tiktok
It THRIVES on TikTok!
i have sensory issues as well as a potential mild allergy to some fragrances so its hard for me to find a fragrance that doesn't bother me.
Haha
TikTok is the home of viral products. I'm excited about this one and your thoughts.
Such a bummer about the strong fragrance. I have one from Etude House that I’m struggling to get through for the same reason.
That thumbnail is wilddd and its why I'm here 🙃😉
I really like this lighting in the video
Thank you! I’m glad you like it. It’s my new setup 🫢👀
You can mix your cleanser with water and put it into a foaming soap dispenser
there are also pumps that make water-y cleansers bubbly
I'm slightly obsessed with the Supergoop Glowscreen, but I'm also able to use healthcare funds to pay for it, so I don't mind the price. I love how extra dewy it makes my skin look because my skin is soooo dry, but if I had to pay out of pocket for it, I wouldn't use it at all. (I mean, I do have to pay for it because it's still my money, but because I can set aside a certain amount of money from my paycheck for healthcare costs, it kind of feels like "free" money... even though it definitely isn't 😂)
you can use your HSA funds to pay for it??
How’d you get sunscreen covered? That’s interesting.
@@river8760 It's not covered by insurance, but it's available to purchase if you have a flexible spending account or a health savings account. I'm still paying out of pocket for it, but it's with my FSA funds that I set aside from my paycheck at the beginning of the year. Any FSA or HSA allows specific over the counter items to be purchased, like pain/fever reducers, allergy medications, period products, etc., and some sunscreens are included in that.
omg when i was younger i had that exact soap and it was super super drying i hope they switched the formula
Oh please with the clay mask. My mom taught me to mix Fullers Earth and witch hazel as a mask. Happy to say it was lovely, but I still have pores 😢
