ghostbeowulf when i grow up i'll do it
I'm addicted to this dude, my girlfriend and I were playing Pokemon Stadium and I was humming this the whole time! This is probably my favorite one you've done so far :)
send pics or it didnt happen
I'm actually getting a little emotional. How dare you tug on my nostalgia and make me relive my childhood but in a more epic fashion?!
the amounts of guitars in this video: IT'S OVER 9000!!!
@ATRPhoenix I'm glad you like it! There isn't a longer version of the 'song' yet, but I hope to release some original material in the near future.
AHH I LOVE this
wicked awesome!
8 years later and I'm still using this as my ringtone
This deserves to have so so many more views than it does! This is brilliant!
I hear this in my car every day
This is the first time I ever wanted to listen to a Pokemon game's bike theme.
@CSGuitar89 ive heard about the RG7420....legend has it that one who can wield its power has the ability to make planets explode when they play sweep arpeggios.
If I get my bikes repaired this year like I hope to, I shall have this song blasting through my headphones.
@winchup1 I'm glad you like it :) I don't really have a name for it yet, nor is it a complete song. When I'm done with some other projects I hope to spend more time working on original music.
As with your Clock Town video sounding like Hyrule Market, I never noticed until now, many, many years later, that the bike music is the Pokemon Center music. What children we all once were.
@mawrdawgs I definitely want to do more Pokémon songs so I'll keep that one in mind :) Thanks for your request!
I literally heard 9 seconds of the intro, paused, clicked subscribe, wrote this. Now to listen to the actual music.
@bestspelller Glad you like it :) At the moment I'm working on various other projects so I haven't finished it yet, but I hope to be able to spend more time writing original stuff soon.
@CSGuitar89 I agree the acoustic part was a lovley touch in this song
idk if the the camera was supposed to be shaking during the acoustic part but it was epic like that
Sure, no problem at all :) Thanks for giving me credit and good luck with the project!
A Gamer and this great Musical Talent equals absolutaly Awesomeness!!
ahhhhhhhhh memorise brings me back when i was five in 2002 i just listen to this in my pokemon red cause i did not have a gasmeboy color i had the oldest type of gameboy then a gamebout pocket and i still have still working good and pokemon red still in amazing condition
every song i hear in "rock version" i find hilariously awesome, i have no idea why. Especially Red Ninja's Postman Pat. Keep up the good work (Y)
Een dag aan besteed om te leren, gewoon voor de pure nostalgie!
I'm very happy your works are up for download. It can be a bit annoying to restart the video over 20 times.
This was one of my favorite songs in the pokemon games :D
Now if you make some metal Disney covers I will love you forever. No lie.
The most badass bike riding ever.
@ToshiroCR7 Thanks! I actually used two different acoustics in this one. For the rhythms I used a Taylor 110ce with Elixir Medium Nanoweb strings and for the leads I used my Crafter TC035/N with Martin 80/20 Bronze .011 - .052.
@jordanba3 Yeah, it's an original piece that I wrote for this intro. I haven't really got a name for it yet but I hope to spend more time working on original material soon :)
@HaveFallen It's an original riff/piece that I wrote for this intro. I'll probably make it into a whole once I start doing original music.
Man you just attracted ,therefore, caught them all with your music.
Once I get a bike, I'm playing this where ever I go.
@fireemblemjunkie Thanks a lot man, I'm glad you like it! Maybe I'll put up tabs for my original music, but I'm not sure yet. It depends on how much time I have. Also for these covers I make tabs anyway, but I don't do that for original music. It'll be a while before I'll start on original songs though, so we'll see :)
i don't know whether it's nerdier that you did this or that i watched you do this.........
either way its freaking AWESOME!
@dgraymandude Thanks for your request! That's a great theme, it sounds kind of dark but pretty at the same time. I'll see what I can do with it.
@Greatbear416 Thanks! It's an original piece that I wrote for this intro.
@JohnnyRainey I figured out the harmony part myself and just recorded another lead part. I didn't use any pedals for the harmonies.
@SpeedPwn It's an original piece that I wrote for this intro, but I don't really have a name for it yet... I think I will be spending some more time on original music next year and I hope I will be able to finish it then :)
Seriously man, for the longest time, VGPianoman was my idol. The guy was amazing and I used to sit here and listen to all his video game piano renditions while on the computer until he suddenly disappeared from RUclips. I was so disappointed that he left until I discovered you. Now I'm overjoyed again! Please, for the love of God, keep the videos coming and don't randomly disappear like VGPianoman did.
@gallys1007 All the guitars are in standard tuning, but I did use a seven-string for the rhythm parts, which has an added low B below the low E-string.
best pokemon music ive heard by a long way
trust me on this, i hella LOVE pokemon, this just made me love it even more, i thought it was impossible to love it more :D you have true talent
@CSGuitar89 You sir have impeccable taste
i can't express how much i like this. incredible job
@kimmy7995 You can download the tab from the link description if you want, but to make it easy, here are the chords ;) F, C, D5, E5, F, C, F, G, C, D5, G. Good luck!
@vettie98 Wow, thanks man dat is echt al een hele tijd! Ik ben blij dat je mijn covers nog steeds goed vindt :)
This deserves WAY more views.
A wild bike theme has appeared!
CSGuitar89 uses cover!
Its super effective!
WHOA. I had never looked up guitar covers before... (lover of piano here) but this is reallly realllllllly awesome
@thefern386 Hey, thanks for the sub! Yeah, I've got a lot of requests for Banjo Kazooie songs so I think I will definitely cover one of those soon.
@Papapower12 No problem, glad you found them ;)
It's an original piece that I wrote for this intro specifically. It's just that one part though so it isn't a whole song (yet) and I don't really have a name for it either...
I'm glad to say that this makes me proud to be Dutch again :3
Now I have the urge to get on my bike and ride off into the sunset!
@inuyashaspet It's a creative process really, I don't have any rules for that. If I feel like doing an acoustic part, I'll throw in something acoustic and if I want to have some blast beats I'll use that. The reasons why I didn't start with acoustic was that I really liked how the acoustic part creates a break in the song and I've already used an acoustic intro for a lot of my songs so I wanted to do something different.
@JWCJBONE I already started actually ;) It's going to be a full-length album with all new songs, no old remastered songs. I think I'll make a separate album for that. It'll be a while before it's finished though. I nearly completed 4 songs and I think I want to do around 13-14.
@SimplySolitary0 Thanks :) I have done quite a lot of original stuff in the past but nowadays I'm really busy with these covers. I plan on recording and uploading original music in the near future though.
@zerosquadron To be honest I never really played any of the Megaman games so I find it a bit hard to find a song that really speaks to me, but I think a lot of people would appreciate it if I gave the series some love :)
@mishka942 The music at the beginning of the video is a piece I wrote for this intro. I don't have a full version yet nor do I have a name for it...
@djejyooo Thanks! I didn't repaint my SG Special. The finish is actually just the standard Heritage Cherry :)
Haha. You have awesome talent. You even make the Bike music sound even better than the original!
D'8 MY CHILDHOOD. RELIVED. This is getting me all emotional. XD
The song in the beggining is so badass that u should do an extended version of it and put it on youtube!
Wow..I just had an emotional moment..this brings back soooo many memories..Good Job man keep on rockin'!
@Mrslayerful Yes, it's an Ibanez RG 7420, it's a really nice guitar :)
amazing. I wish the DS versions had this as the official song for the bicycle .
@xSharpen Yeah, I'm still quite the gamer. Not as much as I used to be but I still love to play me some games from time to time ;)
@BishOnenProductions What you see is what you get ;) I didn't do any editing besides from synching the video with the audio track
My mind just blew up out of my ears because this was so awesome. I don't know how I'm commenting.
@JeeOnFire Thanks! I'm actually working on some Donkey Kong songs so I'll definitely have a listen and see what I can do with it. Thanks for your request.
@YgorFremo Thanks! I use a Kodak Zi8. It's a pretty good camera, especially for the money.
@MightyKrew Sounds great man! I'll keep that one in mind. Thanks for your request :)
Goosebumps!
goosebumps all over!!
i like the angles from above on the guitar they are helping me learn a few things, thank you
@Gh0st3d That would be awesome. We could even have people send in their own covers and stuff. I'm all for it. Thumbs up!
This.... is brilliant honestly
I won't mind at all :) Thanks in advance for giving me credit!
@adjhd1 Thanks :) Unfortunately I don't have a full version of the intro tune at the moment, but I'm planning on making it eventually.
@AverageJoe1902 Your eyes are perfectly fine ;) It's an Ibanez RG7420, a seven string indeed.
I think that Pokemon just became badass! :) Awesome cover!
pokemon is such a classic and you bring all the old memories back..thxx =)
I love your work, cant believe you dont have more views, keep up the good work.
this makes me want to hop on my bike and ride on forever!!!!!
You are not just a guitar...you are a hole freakin' band with fans and shit!!

+DarKKnightt07 😂😂😂
Great great great! I loved the bike in pokemon games!
@TheDarkSam101 I'll check it out man, thanks for your request!
@WhiteStorm76 Thanks for the sub man! I definitely want to do some Donkey Kong songs soon so I will check it out and see if I can do something nice with it.
@adjhd1 The song in the beginning of the video is an original piece that I came up with for the intro :)
@NightdarkLP Thanks man, that would be pretty cool indeed! I'll see if I can find the time to make a cover.
Yes, you can download the MP3 from my website CSGuitar89. com and as long as I get proper credit, you're free to use it :) Thanks!
Right when it started I just imagined pressing A after fighting a cueball, then letting the bike roll all the way down cycling road by itself
too much epicness & good memories D:
sweetest beat ever dude keep on rock'n
@Zephor The multiband compressor I have was pre-installed in GarageBand but if you search for multiband compressor AU or VST plugins on google I'm sure you can find some that are free.
@RedBladeMangaFan I haven't played the newer Pokémon games to be honest but I'll definitely check out these songs.
I tried playing gsc's bicycle/goldenrod theme during the acoustic part. Fits pretty well.
WOOOO!!! just got chill from listening to this man. YOU GAME FREAKIN ROCK!!!!!!!
@captainxena I started on an electric. My very first guitar was a Squier Strat.
ahhh! nostalgia!! get it away!!
brilliant cover dude
@KjetilSandstadHansen Yeah, the Battlefield theme is really great. I have been thinking of doing that one for a while, but can't really remember why I haven't yet...
