It’s a straight up lie. I just finished nail school: polygel is still gel, and all forms of gel are softer than acrylic. You literally need different grits of file or efile for gel vs acrylic because ACRYLIC IS HARDER. Plus, you shouldn’t be changing out full sets every week regardless.
Even if you do it perfectly, removal is the most dangerous and damaging part of any nail extensions. You’re most likely to mess up your nails during the removals if you aren’t careful and patient enough.
what is yhr best way to take off store bought clip on with glue?
What is the best technique for beginners? I literally wanted to start doing my nails but everyone on forums i visited (in my native language) are full of people gatekeeping. They want you to pay for the answer to that question. I hate nailpolish because no matter how good I swipe there're always see through or I add another layer and It's too much suddenly like?? :')

@@MAmhotdogaMy native language says to soak them in 100% aceton for 15 minutes, like wrap with cotton with acetone and than wrap with foil to keep it on. I’m not sure if it works because I haven’t tried it yet but 🤷🏻♀️
No chemicals, huh? What is it made of?
It's made of fruit and plant based materials lol. This video is a whole lie. Polygel is all chemicals.

My paddie nail kit is coming on Friday and I’m so excited for it
Omg! I had polygel for almost three years love it a little more expensive when getting it done professionally but your natural natural is healthier.Miss it.🖤🖤
I got a paddie nails starter kit last year for my birthday. I have never had a worse experience with my nails. The polygel never fully cured, the light was too harsh so it was burning my nail bed while curing the nail, even though you were supposed to hold ur finger right where the button was, and when taking it off, it stuck to my skin and tore my cuticles. Please, for your nails sake, DO NOT BUY THIS. Not from this brand.

That’s unfortunate but also user error
Definitely an allergic reaction. Im not saying that their product is good, but wow
@@SageAd0ptMe it definitely wasn’t an allergic reaction. I am allergic to a few things, but that’s not even close to how an allergy reacts for me. It’s just not a good product and it’s damaging to the nail bed.
Nowhere near as strong as acrylic I have no idea what they are talking about. I used Polly Joe for a long time but it just would never last as long so I went back to Acrylic
Our polygel lasts up to three weeks. We would suggest doing the nail preparation first then applying the base coat and making sure to fully cure it before applying the polygel. For more video tutorials, you can head over to trypaddie.com/how 😊
Try mixing your poly gel with acrylic powder. It’s a game changer
Love your videos so much I want to make a person happy
Omg my mom ordered from you guys two nights ago I’m so excited to get them my bdays on the tenth

Acrylics is the strongest, polygel is probably lighter, in terms of strength, acrylics are stronger but polygel is better for soft nails

Poly gel pops off no matter what I do, I tried for months with it. They always popped off in less than 24 hrs.

Same, even with nail prep
I had this same problem too, but what helped me was using a good quality dehydartor amd primer as well as base gel.
Also make sure to check the watts of your UV Lamp sometimes the nails pop off because they didn't cure enough. I recommend a lamp at least 36 watts or higher
Try BlueSky base coat. I’ve never had a problem with it.
If you knock your nails, you might experience cracks and lifts. If your nails aren’t fully dry before applying products you’ll experience lifting and green and black spots which can damage your nails if not properly and carefully removed. Also, you can change your method such as try to avoid using slip solution or isopropyl alcohol to the underside of the gel that gets applied to the nail. Apply the polygel directly to the nail using a brush to apply it. Cure the gel then apply another layer the same way. Apply the empty dual form over it and use a clip, then pull the gel away from the natural free edge/along the dual form. Cure.
Try rhinestone gel glue and cure it. The nail should last for 2-3 weeks. And try not to make them too long. This makes my nails stay and not pop off. You need a really good glue. I also do the nail prep too but nail prep by itself wasn’t enough.
Why do you have a different brands ploygel in the back???

Hey guys! I got Polly gel and I am going to make an honest review. Its straight up bull. I tried it 5 times and it’s not as strong and they say. It also gets so sticky and gets all over my hands. I DONT RECOMMEND
They also damaged my natural nails
We just break it off Where we want it ? I would like a starter kit, but I would want more colors & sparkles , as opposed to just clear . I hope it all comes with directions 👍

Chemical free? What's it made of, air?
Do you have to use something called Slip . . . ? I just looked at different sets & on say we need that.
Using a nail brush together with slip solution or rubbing alcohol will help you move or shape the polygel easily. 😁

Polygel is weaker than acrylic it stronger than gel. SMH polygel is acrylic and gel combined hence why it’s also called hybrid gel.
HELP! Is there a reason why mines popped off so easily? I did these types of nails for the 1st time. That same day as soon as I was done & started to file. One popped off so easy!!! Then I applied pressure to the rest of them & they all just about did the same. WHAT DID I DO WRONG? Cause I followed all the instructions!!! Mind you I’ve done my nails before. Never had a problem. Idk if it was the product being old? Idk? Any idea ladies? Pls….help! 😩😬🤭
Man i really wanted it
How time they wants in uv led light?
Wear i purchase this?
Do we need the lamp for this?
Where do i get it
Does it even work on club thumbs
would it work to do the poly gel and then file it down and then put gel polish over it
No body gonna mention how much of a straight up lie their application process is 😂 you can’t just squeeze that shit on your real nails like that and put the nail form on top and the poly gel magically takes to the nail form 😂 it’s so much more complicated than that, I hated poly gel it was so frustrating no matter how many tutorials I watched. I gave up a while ago and switched to gel-X it’s so much easier and WAAAY healthier for natural nails.
You actually can, but it definitely takes practice. Once you perfect the perfect amount of polygel, you’re good to go. And even if you put too much on, just clean up around the edges BEFORE curing. If you put too little, you can always add more afterwards to build up the nail. I used to put the polygel inside the dual forms, mold and shape it, THEN place it on my nail. But even that was a PIA. THIS way I find to be much easier and less time consuming. And as with ALL nail applications, PREP is one of the most important steps!! Nothing will ever last and/or not break if you have not prepped CORRECTLY.
Stick on extensions n apply the polygel on the extensions
Were do you do you buy

Do we need a UV light to dry it??
