Great video and perfect timing. I just picked up my first muscle body (eagle eyes) and of course the arms and head need to be reattached. Mine will also need a flock tough up. Used this video as a tutorial. One more Joe back in the fight.

most effective method for me for removing lint, etc, in Joe's hair is to pick through it thoroughly with an Xacto (blade up). I get literally everything that way.
Great videos , I use a tweezer with a pointed end to remove lint after I have washed and dried the head . Also use Vaseline to get the heads back on the neck posts . Hope that helps
Awesome Video Tim! Great Repair Video (Can't Wait For Part 2))... Myself I'm going to repaint and minor repair a 1972 Olympic Big Jim in the very near future, got him the other day! (Project 2023)..
ruclips.net/video/M4oLAYDbQFM/видео.html That little bit of metal tubing / band is what comes included with the joint repair kit, I just use my own elastic method to re-attach the head through the neck post
I just googled for it and ended up using two sellers: "Flock-it!" and "Restore Doll". Like other suppliers and makers, I'm sure other makes and blends may come and go over time.

For the brows it's just acrylic with a sealer, ruclips.net/video/k6oFOK9Z3UY/видео.html Flocking there are multiple sellers on websites, I Googled and came up with Restoredoll and Flockit which are the two sellers I've ordered from. Thanks for watching!
