Hey Chester it's nice to see your face! My favorite part is watching you flock the figures, it's almost magical. I am always amazed at watching you restore a figure. Excellent work my friend!
Love that Poplocks4583 shirt!😂. Cool custom as always. Those arms match the color perfectly. I hope I can get some time to refine my neck peg. I have a bunch of trashed hall of fame bodies for head donors.
I liked both videos on how u used b.b. arms to use on the restoration, if you look at the shape of the body it looks like they used actor bodybuilder Gordon Scott, my favorite Tarzan and he also did Hercules movies and all kinds if sword and sandal movies , i collect those, when I got my first muscle body joe in 1975 i notice that big ribcage with big pecks and in the off season the size is there but not the defenition , i used to compete in bodybuilding, I like the fact that the b.b. arms fit so well andit has more of that 50s n 60s natural bodybuilder look, we dont walk all year round with shredded abs you need an offf season and thats what the figure looks like a more natural and classic look like those guys who did the sword and sandal movies. You did an amazing job.
Thanks very much, yes I like the natural build of these 75 Joes, big and strong but not over the top, like you said classic. Thanks as always for watching🍻💪
Thank you, its a good option for when the arms are missing, fits the look and style for the vintage body and gives extra articulation, thanks for watching.
Turned out great! So much better articulation than the original muscle body arms! Quick question, how much voltage are you using for your flocking setup? Excellent video!👍
Have not had much luck with that style flock wand... yours seems to be working nicely. Those arms look good on that figure... but what about poor old BBI guy now? lol 😂
You did his mustache better than the factory. If you don’t know what I’m talking about you got a mustache , and beard see how yours is nice and lined up. That G.I. Joe looks good with that hair mustache, and beard….
As you said, original arms are preferable, but when so many of these body types turn up without any arms, these seem to be the next best thing. That being said, this did have me wondering if Action Man (dynamic physique) arms would work, the body would need to be split though so could be risky. Funnily enough though, i did pick up a muscle body arm a week ago, it was £10 but worth it to help finish off another Joe!
@@TheSkullReviews Yes, you‘re right, and the 40th are identical to the vintage in that regard so modification would be needed, i guess file the peg to size would be best route to go, but i'll cross that bridge only if i'm really desperate!
Very cool, those arms are perfect for this. That head sculpt from the BBI was awesome, do you use the heads for other projects? Great flock job also, I need for a machine so bad. I asked Santa, we'll see...
Here is the flocking device video ruclips.net/video/VF9OffWW8qs/видео.html I get the flocking from www.flockit.com/order/products/soft-flock/soft-flock-fibers/soft-flock-rayon-fibers-1-2oz-bag-601
The body is the hasbro 1975 muscle body, its valuable and less common as it was only made for 2 years. It was held together with rubber joint that rotted quickly so most were discarded after a few years.
Great restoration Peter!! Head flock looks amazing & those arms are a PERFECT fit!!! Nice job!! He's ready for another 50yrs of Adventures!!
Thanks very much brother🍻
the best vintage G.I. Joe mod ever thanx for this gift.
Thanks very much
Turned out great! Ready for action. 🤟🤙🖖
Omg, you are a real person. I thought you were a robot or droid lol, great to see you on camera brother. Great review too 😃
LOL I try to keep my ugly mug off camera for your benefit, but it is scary season 💀
Nice custom work! Great fix.

Thanks very much, I try to match the factory style but with a little more care for the details, thanks for noticing🍻

I think the AM arms have a bigger peg, I had one apart once, but it was a 40th.

Why not use the whole BBI body may I ask? Also what body is that, that you went with,
The body is the hasbro 1975 muscle body, its valuable and less common as it was only made for 2 years. It was held together with rubber joint that rotted quickly so most were discarded after a few years.
Can you put an old 64 Joe's head on the 1975 body?
@@brucecooley3353 Yes you can, the neck size is the same👍
