Ok for everyone who is taking inspiration from these routines, here are things that you shouldn't take from them:
- Don't put your hair in a high bun, when you're waiting for the product to sink in. It pulls on your wet hair (which is the most sensible states your hair can be in) and so will cause demage. --> Rather put it in a low, a little loose bun
- Please, please, please do not rub your hair when it's wet to get product in, it is SO damaging. --> Rather use your fingers as a natural comb and kinda comb the product in (don't pull too hard tho)
- Not a lot of people know this, but using a Q-tip actually pushes the ear wax deeper into the ear rather than getting it all out ---> instead use a straw to let hydrogen peroxide drop in there, which will melt the ear wax and it will come out naturaly

i would definitely recommend reading “it ends with us”because i’ve just finished
reading it and lemme tell you, its the best book i’ve ever read. i cried so much after reading it (some were happy tears and some were sad tears) and if you’re not sure if you want to read it or not, this is your sign to read it!
