I've been binging on your automation videos. They're great stuff. However, this particular one is subpar. Many of your questions and/or answers are imprecise or even wrong. Example: there are no limitations to Ohm's Law. That's why it isn't named Ohm's Special Case. Your listed exceptions are not exceptions at all. For Ohm's Law to work on anything, one must apply it correctly. The components you listed do not violate Ohm's Law. They simply have a somewhat novel way of applying it (and therefore appear to behave strangely by your conventional application methods). But that's just one example. Two types of electricity? Too vague. Also, I've never heard of "current electricity." I could go on. But anywhoo... You do have really excellent videos though. Thanks a million for the TIA Portal Web server and Smartserver videos. Those are just nifty. Also, I'm dreaming up applications for the data logging function that you described...especially since I see that it can tie into HMI trend graphics. Thanks for all of that and more. Concisely explained and demonstrated. Perfecto!
