Thank you for your video log. Down memory lane for me. Was brought up in Trengganu Road in the early 1960's. Vaguely remembered that hawker centre as Caunter Hall with its first low-rise flats in Penang. Si chan lau (pardon my hokkien) or the 4 storey flats as they were called at that time. Will visit the wet market and hawker stalls when back to Penang on holidays again.
Oooo, thanks for introducing the stall 88 thai food Wasnt aware of it until now. Next time, you may want to check out Tony ABC stall which is located on the next row from the famous nasi kandar. Their peanut butter ice cream is home made.
Oooh must go back again soon. After Cecil St market, I feel the food at Batu Lanchang market is quite good. A lot of variety and good stuff to be found!
Good to have choices of food for breakfast and at such prices!!! Penang folks are so lucky with access to good reasonable meals.
ya can still find reasonable places
👍 good presentation...keep going 😀 🙏
@@yaphinchin1589 thank you, will try my best to improve
wow... looks yummy
Must try the Thai 88 stall and nasi kandar at Batu Lanchang actually, I really liked their dishes!
Why no soup with the wanton mee?
Usually none for dry one. But can request if you want, it is free.

Most if not all the CKT you featured in your videos looks good. One can really judge a good CKT from its look.
Thank you, I will say that my favourite is still Seng Ghee at Anson Road/Siam Rd. g.co/kgs/VxK9qh1

Xthey should charge 8 dollars since u keep saying it's so cheap.
It is simple economics, supply and demand. You can charge anything you want, the market will determine the real value.
