I’ve been on the fence about this release, but I’m back watching reviews. The shade Lisa is very flattering on you. For me, Simone is probably my best fit.
My Ashes of Roses came yesterday. I also ordered pencil 3C to go with it. Perfect combination. Also got the velvet pouch. I would recommend that combination as a beautiful gift for any lipstick lover. It’s such a lovely sophisticated presentation. I am 75.
They all look beautiful on you. I cannot wait to get mine, I ordered the Lisa, ashes of roses. And the Medici and Audrey. I just could not resist that beautiful case. I can’t wait to get mine .

These are my new favorite formula for every day. The finish reminds me of the Chanel ROUGE ALLURE VELVET NUIT BLANCHE from last spring which I loved, but a much more comfortable formula. I like them better than Chanel Rouge 31 for everyday even though I think they aren’t as strongly pigmented robust, thick a formula. They’re just really comfortable. So good.
I purchased Ashes of Roses. It arrived yesterday and so far, I like it. The shade is beautiful, and the formula is so lightweight, lI forget I’m wearing anything!
Lisa Eldridge is masterful when it comes to color nuance. Of the ones you chose, I have Ashes of Roses. It looks amazing with my black hair and medium-with-olive undertones skin, and it looks equally amazing on you, despite our very different coloring!
All three look like your perfect colors! I have so many of her shades because they seem to read neutral instead of too cool or too warm. I like the Simone on you best ~ but the Lisa does brighten you! The Ashes is a touch of rust, which always looks great on you. Good choices!

I really like the formula, and found it long lasting on me, especially the Medici. Ashes of rose looks beautiful on you, compliments your complexion, Lisa brightens your face. I have Medici, Lisa and Ribbon, if i purchased one more it would be ashes of rose. I am in the UK so mine was delivered quickly
I have the new Lisa Eldridge in Ashes of Roses. It is a rather lovely shade, definitely close to West Coast. Overall, I think I prefer the feel of the TF Runway, but it’s very close! I have already ordered Romy.
My vote for you is Ashes of Roses, but really they all look good! I ordered “Lisa”, can’t wait to try it. The finish on them looks like a satin with a bit of pearl, I wasn’t sure what you meant by a lip blush? The thing you didn’t mention, though you did say the case is aluminum, is the intention that they are fully recyclable. Lisa gives some good tips about recycling the tubes in her intro video. It is interesting that though the price point is very close to other premium brands, Lisa went to a great deal of effort to create fully recyclable packaging, and I’m sure that cuts into her margins. Here’s hoping that this will cause other brands to up their game instead of just paying lip service to sustainable practices!Anyway, as a kindred makeup junkie I greatly enjoy your videos, keep up the great work 😊
Just a small correction. Prada Noisette is not a soft matte, it’s a tinted balm, that’s why it has that your lips but better look. I also picked up Rouge Experience in Ashes of Roses and Romy on my trip to London this week and I’m loving them both ❤

These are pretty, and they look great on you. I have the Audrey, a color I wasn't sure would work on me, but it does. :) I can't quite decide whether or not I like the formula. I'm a woman of a certain age, and I generally wear mattes because they don't feather into my lip lines and require little reapplication when I'm at work. The case is classy and weighty, and I love having my initials on it. I hope Lisa will come out with some matte shades for this case.

They all look great on you. I’m glad you described the texture. I really like the WA matte lipstick. Always wanted to try the Prada so glad this is on that path. Does dry a bit on me too but not uncomfortable. Can’t wait for my order, Lisa, Medici and Audrey. Medici is easy my color which I have I’m sure similar. The other two colors, especially Audrey, I don’t have something I think similar so took a chance. I was torn about Ashes of Roses and possibly Romy. Maybe later. Really think with the initials is special and that she offered a discount when purchasing multiples.

My one wish for the Lisa Eldridge lipsticks is that they had the name of the color on the bottom of the refill; there is only a number and I don’t know what colors the numbers correspond to. BUT of all the new lipsticks I have purchased, the new Tom Ford is by far my favorite formula. So beautiful in feel, color, and last.
Hey Jen! Thank you for trying so hard to explain it. I purchased Medici in this formula because it’s refillable and the closest shade to TF Casablanca. The older formula, as you know, was more creamy and less shiny. 💁♀️🤷♀️This might work for me! We will see… it’s at the Heathrow airport right now. Shipping does take a minute for US customers who ordered initials fyi.
@ On paper, Medici is similar to Casablanca. But on me, it’s darker, browner and more plum then rosy mauve so I am kindof sad I didn’t grab a lighter shade.
I was just wondering about this comparison. I was going to get TF West Coast on sale. These are refillable but then they don’t seem to have as much pigment. But I am going to finish the video to see and Youth Dew! My mom used to wear that in the 80’s. Lol. She had the bath powder and it would choke us out lol good times.

I couldn't find the word... but frumpy is the word... and I am definitely struggling with it... have lost 30 pounds this past year... Leveling up is a journey... The Auric palettes look interesting, but nothing is threatening my wallet once again...

oooohhh. well it might be the natural light, could be the fact that my lips arent that pigmented or maybe my skin tone? These things can be so subjective. I know its hard. So...Dries van noten has several formuals. The satin is heavier and more pigmented than these and i like them mmore for more of a "full" makeup look. That being said, the sheer DVN are more like these and if i HAD to pick I'd pick these for now.... but I'm still testing! i will have a top 10 favorite lipsticks video coming soon.
Hi! Do you find that the lid of your case rattles and is a little loose? Like if I shake the case, the lid goes flying. I contacted customer service about it and their reply kind of made me believe that all the cases are like that. I’m now debating whether to ask for a replacement in the hopes that it was just mine that was defective or to get a refund. Also, did you get a little cap to go with the shade that came with your case? I didn’t get the tiny cap with mine.
Have to admit the subtleties of this formula evade me. I got Ashes of Roses, pretty enough but it didn't blow me away. I don't find it particularly pigmented, moisturizing or long lasting. I do love the case, both its ethos and aesthetics. I wish I had gotten Medici instead.
To me, this collection is kind of a snooze, colour-wise: it's just a bunch of very similar nudes plus ribbon. I get the impression that most people woulld just pick _one_ nude that suited them and then maybe also the red and call it a day. I'd personally only buy Medici and Ribbon because I _cannot_ pull of a neutral or a warm nude.
I'm not a fan of dimethicone lipsticks, Lisa had the first to hit big. Chanel's Rouge Allure Velvet is a similar formula. My lips are dry too, and while the dimethicones (without kaolin) don't dry my lips out worse, they aren't soothing and ultimately I still have dry lips. I'm trying to get away from this type of formula for everyday. I think they are good for formal occasions with photos, or maybe a Zoom call, ultimately I'm reaching for a creamy lipstick instead.

Her personality is the worst about this brand, she thinks she is better than anybody else on the market, her claims are misleading and I would not believe a word she says. she is aggressive sales person using everything she can to sell in her videos, pets, children , family members and so on. despite her great effort her latest promo of this lipstick on the train is rather sad, she is so desperate to get approval from drunk handpicked by her influencers.tom ford looks better on you for sure
This needs an edit. Also you're the first commenter I've seen say anything bad about Lisa. What does she lie and mislead about? I bought 3. The material in the packaging is what making the price. Tom Ford is cheap plastic like most cosmetics. Id also rather support a Lisa than Tom Ford.
These are permanent products, not limited edition. In fact I don’t remember Lisa coming out with any limited edition lipsticks. I have Chanel Melodieuse RA and La Favorite RAV, as well as LE Audrey, and the shades are nothing alike. I will say the new TF Runway lipsticks are the least drying of all four formulas on my lips, but I do like all four. TF is not less expensive than LE. TF is $62 and LE is $59 with the case or $30 for just the refill, which works without a case, so you could get the LE product for less than half the cost of the TF. The Chanel L’Extraits, which I also have, are a nice formula but obscenely expensive in comparison at $56 with case and $42 for the refill of 0.07 oz! A standard lipstick size like a Chanel RA or Lisa’s new one is 0.12 oz, almost double! And unlike the LE product the Chanel L'Extraits do not work without the case.
This is a very helpful video as i also have pale lips. So it was easy to see how these would look on me. Not wishing to be rude, but please please please stop putting a blob of highlighter on the end of your nose. it makes it look like a lightbulb and spoils your nice look

How is the lipstick's longevity?
Pretty good so far. I need to keep tetsing but it wears very evenly and stays on like a "normal" creme lipstick

The closest dupe I have for ‘Lisa’ is Pat McGrath’s Beautiful Stranger and Urban Decay’s Double Dare, a close second albeit a touch warmer.

Hi! Do you find that the lid of your case rattles and is a little loose? Like if I shake the case, the lid goes flying. I contacted customer service about it and their reply kind of made me believe that all the cases are like that. I’m now debating whether to ask for a replacement in the hopes that it was just mine that was defective or to get a refund.
Also, did you get a little cap to go with the shade that came with your case? I didn’t get the tiny cap with mine.
You only get the little caps with the refills.

Have to admit the subtleties of this formula evade me. I got Ashes of Roses, pretty enough but it didn't blow me away. I don't find it particularly pigmented, moisturizing or long lasting. I do love the case, both its ethos and aesthetics. I wish I had gotten Medici instead.
Your eye look is amazing. Are you using a specific eyeliner or are you only using Nude Dip?

To me, this collection is kind of a snooze, colour-wise: it's just a bunch of very similar nudes plus ribbon. I get the impression that most people woulld just pick _one_ nude that suited them and then maybe also the red and call it a day. I'd personally only buy Medici and Ribbon because I _cannot_ pull of a neutral or a warm nude.

I'm not a fan of dimethicone lipsticks, Lisa had the first to hit big. Chanel's Rouge Allure Velvet is a similar formula. My lips are dry too, and while the dimethicones (without kaolin) don't dry my lips out worse, they aren't soothing and ultimately I still have dry lips. I'm trying to get away from this type of formula for everyday. I think they are good for formal occasions with photos, or maybe a Zoom call, ultimately I'm reaching for a creamy lipstick instead.
They all look lovely on you but Ashes of Roses did something special with your eyes and hair!

shades look beautiful on you I always laugh about LE limited edition lipsticks as they are always available for at least another year.Tom Ford lipstick is now less expensive than LE lipsticks and Chanel rouge allure l'extrait and Chanel is refillable as well.The lipsticks reminds me of vibrator ,shades are very similar to her existing shades such as kitten mischief, dance card, painterly. every cosmetic hous4 has similar shade to ashes of ros3s...estee lauder boise rose, givenchy nude boise, givenchy rose boise, rosy similat to coco mademoiselle by chanel , nothing special or unique.similar to another shade in this range, Audrey similar to Chanel la favorite or melodique. Her personality is the worst about this brand, she thinks she is better than anybody else on the market, her claims are misleading and I would not believe a word she says. she is aggressive sales person using everything she can to sell in her videos, pets, children , family members and so on. despite her great effort her latest promo of this lipstick on the train is rather sad, she is so desperate to get approval from drunk handpicked by her influencers.tom ford looks better on you for sure
This needs an edit. Also you're the first commenter I've seen say anything bad about Lisa. What does she lie and mislead about? I bought 3. The material in the packaging is what making the price. Tom Ford is cheap plastic like most cosmetics. Id also rather support a Lisa than Tom Ford.
These are permanent products, not limited edition. In fact I don’t remember Lisa coming out with any limited edition lipsticks. I have Chanel Melodieuse RA and La Favorite RAV, as well as LE Audrey, and the shades are nothing alike. I will say the new TF Runway lipsticks are the least drying of all four formulas on my lips, but I do like all four. TF is not less expensive than LE. TF is $62 and LE is $59 with the case or $30 for just the refill, which works without a case, so you could get the LE product for less than half the cost of the TF. The Chanel L’Extraits, which I also have, are a nice formula but obscenely expensive in comparison at $56 with case and $42 for the refill of 0.07 oz! A standard lipstick size like a Chanel RA or Lisa’s new one is 0.12 oz, almost double! And unlike the LE product the Chanel L'Extraits do not work without the case.
This is a very helpful video as i also have pale lips. So it was easy to see how these would look on me. Not wishing to be rude, but please please please stop putting a blob of highlighter on the end of your nose. it makes it look like a lightbulb and spoils your nice look
