It is painful and exhausting cause it's slow. I am not used to play slow and with a lot of power. So I am using the wrong muscles. That's why it hurts. So I kinda consider myself not to be good for this music. Ironically.
@@EugeneRyabchenkoDrummer I agree Idk maybe its weird. Sometimes you can achieve blasting at 260bpm, but feel so tired at around 180-200bpm continuesly its so damn hard. Because when we at high tempo a little bit miss beat are un-noticeable. Triplets tempo are hard too.
@EugeRyabchenko playing for Decapitated isn't a easy task. I saw Pavulon, James from Vader, now you describing the feeling of playing for them. I did not use to see all of you guys sweating that much 😄 I have never seen (unfortunately) Krimh with them live, but I think he has a bit different style in terms of power involved in execution of the strokes. great performance ❤ l
Eugene!!!!! Long time fan of your channel. I found your tutorials helpful. I just checked out LOCRACY's new EP album BLACK GODDESS!!!!! SO GOOD! I love all 3 songs, especially the title track! Fkn great work.

Your hand, foot, etc..., technique is awesome and all, but you finally have to teach us one more technique: how the hell do you manage to headbang like you always do and keep playing that tight??? When I start headbanging I most likely get very unprecise. Jokes aside, you are an awesome drummer Eugene! Keep working hard! \m/
@@EugeneRyabchenkoDrummer Well, for me it is not that easy :D Windmilling while blasting or playing double bass is pretty hard and I still gotta practise that before it is good enough for live!
Would you consider this a mid tempo? Just read you struggled a bit because of the bpm/power required to play it, so I kinda got curious. Still I think you did an amazing job!
I would say this is the lowest threshold of my comfortable swivel with extreme settings. Anything slower than this is a struggle. The pedal fights back too much. But I think in this case I had very low spring tension. So it was really comfortable to play it. surprisingly the double bass parts here are not the biggest issue at all lol
Awesome!!! At 4:28, this moving forward and backward is because the kit has only two tons and a single floor tom? Or even in a bigger kit would you do the same pattern?
Im on my first month of learning the swivel technique but my left foot is not getting enough power and sometimes doesn't even hit the head any advice??
Well I usually use a Paiste 2002 medium 14" as my main hihat but it cracked like a week or two before the show. I consider this PST-7 Light Hi-hat 14" to be a budget version of the 2002. Sounds very similar and I absolutely love it. In this case at least for me price doesn't define quality.
@@EugeneRyabchenkoDrummer thanks for the reply, I need to try it out :D If you can try the pst7 light ride, try it as a crash, for me the closet to a 2oo2 crash :)
I just want to point out that almost every single heavy metal and rock publication that spread the story of this band being accused of gang rape did not do a follow up story of all the charges being dropped. As for the woman who accused them of gang rape...She faced zero consequences for doing so even after it was discovered that the story was in fact a fabrication.
Good Job Bro 👍🏻

I didn’t even realize the original drummer himself is here.

Swivel bros
Awesome
This is the first time i see Eugene playing blast beats with both feet
The reason for this is the bass drum mic they use. Need more power. My one foot blast sound pathetically weak.
Agree

Wow! Incredible playing, just incredible

Were you feeling pain in your wrist or in hands mostly?
Probably hand/thumb/fingers. Thats the only place i get it anymore.
