    Dave Allen was fantastic. Much missed comedian. Love Penelope Keith too. Very underrated actor . Love her as Agatha Raisin.

      Funnily enough when this was originally shown in 1991, people claimed it was rubbish in comparison to what Parkinson did in the 1970s. Now people say that what is on TV now is rubbish compared to this......

    Were Aspell and Parkinson on different networks in the UK?

      Parkinson was mostly on BBC (but he did have a spell on ITV) while Aspel was usually on ITV.
