The box of original parts that came with the Lotus

In this video I remove the hard top roof to my Lotus Elise in favour of the soft top. This should make it easier for when I get round to cleaning the inside of the car. I also went through the big box of parts that came with the car to see what we have that. Some of it will be going back on the car such as the original steering wheel and some of it will be staying in the box.

Get that hood down! It adds so much to the driving experience! The cargo net is so useful and will hold the hood in its bag behind the seats, so that with the hood down the boot is empty.

No need to fully undo the hard top bolts, 3 turns is enough. And don’t over tighten them.

Yes that is the battery holder for the standard battery.

I prefer the look on my S2 Elise with or without the hard top, soft top look is not my fav tbh

Im still undecided. Probably the hard top but we will see. Defo no roof for cleaning the inside
