- RME audio interfaces are well-known for their fantastic quality and features. Their software drivers are second to none. If you want an audio interface with super low round-trip-latency (RTL), then I recommend looking at RME interfaces. They're not cheap, but they're fantastic. These interfaces are truly professional in every aspect. RME interfaces are indeed the TOP of the MOUNTAIN. I had to work a 14th job to save up for one. It was worth it.

Awesome stuff, dude! Thanks for the laugh and good review.
Love this vid! Thanks
The only thing I hate about the RME Babyface Pro FS compared to the UCX II and the UFX+ it’s the gaaaaaadamn design! I get the portability aspect but having all the ports on the side than having it all on the back like most desktop interfaces will cause the wires to be all over the place on your desk and the fact that the XLR cables don’t lock for an expensive interface RME dropped the BALL! Hopefully they redesign the Babyface series.
Look for the Fireface UCX II
Would you take the RME Babyface Pro FS over the Motu Ultralite MK5 which has the same ESS converters?
The USB drivers for me make the biggest impact (not the converters in particular) - RME gear has always been solid for me. I don't have experience with Motu drivers/hardware.
Motu will not even come near the pre amp and other hardware quality as the RME
TOP OF THE MOUNTAIN BABY
Every day.
I finally understand for the best recoridng quality, I need to climb a mountain...
tried the nipple thing before coffee at 6 am crap, try again at 8, prism slaps the rme into yesterday but thats a discovery i made in 2017 before colon cancer hit, on my deathbed rubbing nips i stand by prism sound lyra, good video fella, and happy dub nips
Does anyone know how the RME Fireface UFX+ USB 3.0 & Thunderbolt Audio Interface stands up to the Apollo x6 converters sound quality etc..? Thanks😎
While I don't have direct experience with Apollo interfaces, I used to be very focused/concerned about audio interface converter quality. In retrospect, I was wasting my time. Good quality (usually pricey) interfaces are made up to a standard in many cases that unless I was in a specific mastering situation, I likely wouldn't notice differences between converters. Even if I was in front of Kii speakers in a super-designed room, I doubt my listening skill is honed enough to say such-and-such interface/device is the only way to go.
I agree 100%, RME is rock solid both in terms of quality as well as performance. Its BMW but affordable
no kidding! In the crazy market we're in currently, new Toyota Camry's cost what BMWs used to cost. I can only imagine what Beemers cost now.
I’m pretty sold
hahah gold!
Indeed
Mate, you'll be making a lot more money as an actor.
We need to talk more about why your bathroom looks like the back corner at Spencer's Gifts.... 🤣
That's because Spencer's models their stuff after my recording setup
@@tunefart oh yeah. That makes sense.
Truth. I can play a tenth interval with one hand and rub both nips with the other. Guitarists rule.
I stopped using RME interface because they stopped updating the drivers for it.
Lies
This guy is silllyyy🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

How many times do I have to tell people, it's Mr Fart
